really tried giving this place multiple chances, but the customer service is consistently terrible every time I visit. There’s a young guy who works the front and he is always extremely rude no greeting, no eye contact, no effort, and an attitude like you’re bothering him just by ordering. It completely ruins the experience.
The food might be decent, but the service makes it not worth coming back. Hopefully management addresses this, because the way customers are treated here is unacceptable. My husband had a horrible experience tonight and highly encouraged to go in their tomorrow and record with he’s glasses the how bad it is and those people seriously need an eye opening because they way the treat people is very indecent.

Hands Down my favorite Filli B’s. Good folks running it. Great smiles backed up by a taste that keeps me coming back like that perfect golf shot.

I was about to order and decide to go wash my hands first and use the restroom and the staff told me in impolite way that only customers are allowed to use restroom. I told that he needs to improve his customer service skills and I decided to walk away from this place. I see a lot of negative comments here about customer service and I’m not surprised.

Taco Tuesday, need I say more? When we crave tacos and I don’t want to cook, this is our go-to spot for the tacos. Their Spanish rice is decent. The beans tasted like they come from a can. The drive-through is usually quick. Since there were so many cars in the drive-through line, I went inside. The hot sauce on the salsa bar had a bigger variety. It also tasted better than the one we usually receive from the drive-through. Overall, it’s a great place for tacos if you aren’t in the mood to cook!

The food was horrible, they served me the BURNT scrappings from the bottom on my tacos and when I left the drive thru to go inside. They acted like I WAS THE PROBLEM/cook ♀️

I don’t know what happened to this place but don’t get their tacos Tuesday shredded beef tacos ..they are so greasy and the taco shell is supposed to be crispy but it’s saugy of how greasy they are and I came home and put my tacos in air fryer but that’s didn’t even help now remember why I haven’t gone for a while..they used to be so crispy and delicious and my fam thinks I’m crazy that I say that’s not shredded beef it’s pork and that’s a cheap way of making food but the shredded beef tastes like shredded pork

This used to be my to go spot and it used to be really good but now this is my second time eating here and feeling sick. The meat in the Carne Asada burrito taste rancid. I should’ve known from when I got it because it was already cold and I literally live right across the street. But at some fast food places, it’s hit and miss, This is a miss again.
