Reading the reviews I was not sure what to expect. Let’s face it, this is drive-thru bbq lol. But, everything was fresh and very tasty. 4 stars only because the brisket was a tad dry, but the sides were great and pulled pork was good. Original sauce was best, I thought the spicy sauce was good at first but had a little aftertaste. The sweet sauce was just like straight sugar – not for me:

The employees were polite, and the restaurant was clean but the food was trash. The fries were burnt beyond the ability to eat them chicken dry as a bone, brisket dry as a bone. They were out of most of the other sides. Garlic bread was great, by far best thing on the plate

We go to this Dickey’s often. The only true complaints that I have is that the potatos are at times under baked, and they salt the okra. Every time I order from them I ask them to NOT put extra salt on my okra. The last two times they have ignored my request and added that extra salt anyway. I can’t eat it when the extra salt is added. It dosent taste good. You can not add extra salt to okra like you can with fries. I really love okra, but I dont go there as often as I want to because when I want to go, I want the okra, and I can’t get it because my request of no extra salt is ignored. I would like to go and grab something to eat today, but I dont know if my request for no extra salt added will be addressed. Adding extra salt really does change the taste. I throw it away instead of eating it. If you could address this issue. I would appreciate it. The people who like the added salt can add it themselves.

The one star is given for the manager that delivered the food, this was the only positive. Other than that the food was terrible, not edible, or salvageable. Unfortunately I waited 45 min for the food, and was told it was held in a warmer. When opening up the chicken wings I received what looked like the crumbs of the bottom of a bag of frozen chicken, the fries were strips of fries soaked in grease. When calling to sort out the issue I was told that was all they have at the time. I was highly disappointed and do not plan to go back. I am very surprised they have a 4 star rating. If your looking for good wings I would advise finding somewhere else to spend your money on quality food.

Ordered the 10 bone in wings buffalo with ranch and a giant brisket baked potatoe.
It was delicious! The brisket was moist and soft. My wings were crispy and moist.
The staff was patient with me even tho I took forever trying to figure out what I wanted. They were also extremely helpful with all my questions.

Drive though was broken, one employee saw me, said nothing and made me wait for a second employee who did apologize for the wait. Took my order, then the first employee handed me my bag of food without a word. Brisket was VERY dry, sauce didnt really help, fries were actually really good.

Best dickies I’ve been to. Enjoyed the spicy sausage on Monday night, also the chicken. Young man at the counter was very friendly. Quantity of the three meat plate was enormous.

Went dec 24, 2025 around closing! The lady (short heavier set) preparing the food was clearly sick and hovering over the food. Please stay home if you are sick.
