This place has delicious vegan food for a very reasonable price. I always choose the angry pork (very delicious and highly recommended) with a glass of Thai iced tea. If you don’t like spicy food, let them know for they won’t make it spicy. The other dish is vegetable soup, which I like very much. They’re sticky rice and mango is an absolute go to ( seasonal ).

Great food options and service! They also have healthier whole food-based options and brown rice available! The My Vegan Pad Thai Signature dish is quite large and can be a dish for two people. As of late October 2025, their restroom is out of service.

I had the Angry Pork and it was so good. Very garlicky so have some gum ready for after. Good portion. The inside of this place is clean. Maybe suited for groups of 2-4 at most since it is a little small in there.

Dropped by and got the Vegan Pho Basil ($15.50). Even though this is a Thai restaurant, the pho was pretty comparable to what you can get at a vegan Vietnamese restaurant. To me, all vegan pho tastes the same (the salty veggie broth taste), and this is exactly what this one felt like. The portion sizes were satisfactory. They will give you sriracha and hoisin sauce if you ask.

The restroom is a single-stall inside the kitchen, so you have to ask to be escorted.

It’s written on the menu that any food returned will only give you 50% back. Seems pretty atypical and I can see how that might offend some customers.

My friends and I have been going to this place for years. It’s decently good food. Reason for this 1 star is because the waiter believes doing the bare minimum of customers service deserves a tip every time. After paying over 30 bucks for me and my girlfriend, plus my buddy paying for his food. She had the audacity not only to ask me to cancel my transaction so that I can tip but also be rude and continue to ask after I said no. I won’t be coming back 🙂

The Orange Chicken was very tasty! Nice thin batter. And the sweet tangy sauce was perfect! Came with a side of brown rice! Pad Thai was nicely done. I love that it’s so creamy and not dry like the others I’ve tried! Last but definitely not the least the Wild mushroom noodle in coconut soup! The rice noodles were nicely cooked, It’s hot and sour and creamy goodness! Tofu was nice and soft with combination of mushrooms and bean sprouts and the lemongrass it smelled and tasted so good! Hits the spot on this gloomy and cold day! Oh and the Thai Iced tea with soy milk is . Attentive staff. Very good service! We usually just order for delivery but i think dining in was the key!

Great food and service. Some parking, but that may be an issue on a busier time/day. The main downfall of this place was the bathrooms were out of order. That’s bad for a restaurant. Overall though I would definitely go again.

My Vegan at Arroyo is a small and cozy vegan gem hidden in the streets of Pasadena. There are two locations in Pasadena but both have different menu and preparations. I like to go Arroyo parkway , It’s Menu is predominantly Thai with some fusion Asian and western options. Portion size is good enough that you may save little bit for snacking at home. Best part is that gravies are not sweet. This is the problem I have found in most of the Thai places that they add sugar in the gravies. You have to be careful about spice level so don’t be courageous on spice level as medium spicy is also very spicy for most of the Americans. Our favorite dishes are Green Curry, Spicy Basil Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken and Spicy Basil Eggplant w/Tofu. Good place to dine in for 5-6 people. However, they charge service gratuity on 5 people. Hope you enjoy your delicious Vegetarian or Vegan meal. Don’t forget to give me rating so that I am encouraged to share and promote good vegan/vegetarian food places.

I love their curry noodles, always hits the spot. The noodles were good but not memorable. The “chicken” satay was great with the peanut sauce.

Wow, great food, generous portions and fair prices too! We really enjoyed our first time here. Don’t let the vegan label worry you, the food is delicious, spiced just right. The tofu and “chicken” were both really tasty. I loved the eggplant pad-thai special and the yellow curry noodles had a great flavor. We will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.
