We had the best lunch ever!! The food was out very quick and the service with Helena and the manager David was not just top notch, it was refreshing to see customer service is still not a lost tradition. We felt like MVPs even in the lunch rush. I can’t wait to be back soon. Second time visiting and we are so pleased to have this location one of our favorite places to eat. Eating at the mall taken to a new level. Good people watching. Layla K was our waitress. I would never drink a beer brewed by BJs sorry. The patron marg was decent but Patron is not good because of additives. The wings were dry rub and too salty but thay is our fault for ordering the wrong flavor. Liked the pork ribs and the burger was decent.

We had a fantastic lunch! Helena was an amazing server. The first server I’ve ever had anywhere ask if we had any allergies to be aware of at the table, and we don’t luckily, but absolutely appreciated her checking and asking! The food was great, and dessert was even better! The pizookie never fails!

My partner and I came here on a Saturday night expecting all hell to break loose but we were met with kind faces and attentive service! I would like to appreciate Joe our server for being so accommodating with us! He was fast and quick to answer any of our questions (yes we ordered a lot). Everything came out hot and fresh and GENEROUS portions, it’s very rare my eyes out eat my stomach. Overall we had a great night!

Everything about my experience was fantastic. I sat at the bar by myself and the bartenders were so sweet and attentive. For dinner I ordered the brown rice and quinoa bowl with oven roasted salmon; it was so delicious, I was halfway done when I thought to myself, “I should write a review.” I couldn’t resist trying the monkey bread pazooki, it was dangerously amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

BJs Restaurant offers a dichotomy of surprisingly bad service with decent tasting food.
In hindsight, expectations should have been lowered when the folded brown paper towels akin to what is in restrooms was offered as napkins.
Fundamentals such as good customer service, collecting empty appetizer plates and menus are lost at this restaurant.
The calamari, wings and burgers are delicious but I wasnt sure what they were trying to achieve with the mahi-mahi tacos – except for creating a dish with zero taste.
One is better off just eating a cucumber for far less money.
BJs has potential but there is too much competition in Tampa to not get it right.

The cous cous mac n cheese balls. Delish.
Deep dish ziti mmmm and the Patmesan crusted chicken was amazing. The lemon chardonnay sauce was a game changer. Portions were very good.
