I was greeted no less than four times as I came in, and the drink was honestly the best Starbucks drink I’ve had in ages. Absolutely perfect temperature, perfect sweetness and mouthfeel. Great place to start your day! (They also have outdoor seating).

The only downside I can think of for this place, is that the parking lot is a bit tight & entry/exit from the lot isn’t great. That said, there are typically spots open.

Friendly, Consistent, and Great Vibes! This Starbucks is truly the best coffee shop in Marysville. The atmosphere is welcoming and spacious, the employees are incredibly friendly, and the diverse patrons really embody the best of our community! I’m so glad I get to be a regular here!

As I had some time to kill this afternoon, I stopped into Starbucks, and I’m so glad I did. This location has such welcoming, friendly employees! Everyone greets you and actually takes the time to chat. I ended up having a great conversation with one of the employees while waiting for my food and drink even as she was making other orders. It was such a nice, positive vibe and refreshing to have genuine conversation about life in general. Definitely made my day.

The consistency here is terrible. Sometimes my latte tastes like straight milk, sometimes my iced americano tastes like water and looks very light even when its supposed to be quad espresso shots. But the drive up coffee shops can make mine exactly how drinks are supposed to be.

Being busy is not an excuse for making drinks incorrectly. I ordered an iced Americano with four espresso shots, and while standing near the machines, I watched the barista only pour one shot. When I pointed out that it was supposed to be four shots, and that the drink level clearly didn’t reflect four shots, she just grinned and said, “It’s four shots.”

It very obviously was not. I’m not blind, and I know what my drink is supposed to look and taste like. She didn’t seem to care and handed it to me anyway. After taking a sip, it was clearly watery, weak, and much lighter in color than a proper four-shot Americano should be.

Mistakes happen, but acting dismissive when a customer politely points it out is what made this experience frustrating. If you’re charging people for extra shots, the drink should actually be made correctly.

the last 3 times i’ve come here i pay for extra items just to not receive them and im getting sick of it. i dont like wasting my money and i dont want to be a karen and complain but if i order a drink i want it made correctly. ive tried online orders and the drive through and each time its the same. i understand they are busy but if your busy make the drinks correctly so you don’t get people coming back to complain.

Today, Christmas day, I experienced blatant prejudice at this particular Starbucks location!
I was here yesterday for coffee, today I brought my son. He’s mixed race. He wanted to use the bathroom while waiting to order coffee, so he politely asked a male employee. That employee immediately queried him as to whether he was a customer, and whether he intended to buy anything? I was standing in a long line waiting to place an order. He pointed me out and said yes, she’s going to buy a couple cups of coffee. He asked me if that was true, I confirmed. Still didn’t get bathroom code.
I decided enough was enough, and we left and went to the Starbucks in Safeway.
I have a Starbucks account, and all of my purchases are on that account. I have proof of everything I’m saying!

It was busy when I went through. But I’m pretty sure drink cups are supposed to be full of coffee? The drinks I got was 1/2 almost 3/4 full. And the guy at the drive-thru window I don’t remember his name was pretty rude when I tried to ask about it. I go through almost every morning and I’ve never had an issue before so I don’t know if this was just a fluke but it sucks when the coffees were for my co-workers not even for me.

I ordered a kids hot chocolate for my 6-year old from the drive through this afternoon. It didn’t feel hot to the touch (didn’t realize it was double-cupped) so I didn’t think to test the temperature before giving it to her. Also because as a former Starbucks barista, I knew that kids drinks were supposed to be steamed no hotter than 100 degrees.

She takes a sip and screamed that it was too hot, then cried some more because she spilled it on her stomach and legs when jerking the cup away from her mouth. I tried it myself, and it was SCALDING hot, even hotter than the drink I’d ordered for myself. I temped it myself when I got home. 50 minutes after the drink had been given to my child, it was 121 degrees. 20 degrees hotter than it should have been nearly an HOUR after the fact. I didn’t bother driving back to complain because I had a horrible experience the last time I drove back to this location asking for not one but two botched drinks to be remade. But you can bet that I reported this incident to corporate. Someone needs to be retrained, if not fired.
