Staff is friendly but 50% of time, the pizza is wrong. I always order extra cheese and light sauce but most of time, the pizza isnt light sauce and sometimes not extra cheese. They always remake the odor without giving me a hard time. I always recommend to double check the order.

1/24/26 11:30 PM – We had to call because their online portal said that the “store couldn’t be reached.” When we called, the order came out to almost $10 more than what we had online. When the extremely rude man on the phone asked if the higher charge was okay, I said “no,” and before I had a chance to explain further (what deals we had, etc.), the man said “okay,” and hung up on us immediately.
One of the least pleasant interactions I’ve ever had with a service industry “professional.” Baffling lack of professionalism or helpfulness. We were unable to complete our order as a result, and I’ll be finding a different venue next time.

Pizza was to arrive at 6:00 pm. Got a notice at 5:55 our driver picked up our pizza. We live 5 minutes from Pizza Hut. Good sign. Got our pizza at 6:40, not even warm, and the order was wrong. Bye Pizza Hut! Extremely disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience.
I was hung on while placing my order twice. They undercooked my pizza and made it taste very doughy. My chicken was stringy after asking them to cook in oven twice to make sure it was well done. No one wants to taste undercooked chicken. They gave me a different price for the exact same meal. When I asked about the price change he cancelled my order and hung up on me . Customer service sucks here and I am very disappointed about the food and the service!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could

The cashier which was an older lady was very nice. Whoever the young lady was working there today on 12-17-23 @ 4:36pm needs to learn some customer service. She could probably learn a lot from the older cashier who was very pleasant. This young lady yelled towards me three times asking my name for my order when the cashier lady told her the ticket number several times. I don’t understand why she kept looking and yelling at me and then she grabbed my pizza out of the holder and tossed it aggressively across the counter. She took my order over the phone too and was rushing me with my order but when I got there, they were not even busy. Please replace her. (I was just in a heated argument so she is very, VERY lucky I held my composure)
Other than that, the pizza (meat lovers) was ok. Could’ve cooked it a lil longer. I air fried it for 5 min.
