Great stop when visiting Lake Granby area. Vibe was rustic and wild, just what you’d expect from a road house. Food was good, chili was great! The side of jalapeño slaw was the perfect bite of tangy and spicy. What put this place over the top was the friendly and efficient service. The bartender, Stephanie, was attentive but not hovering, and we also enjoyed meeting Chris, a fellow Bengals fan. They have live music on the patio on Thursday, which sounds like a good time. Cheers

Listen. I am going to be transparent. I am actually always transparent, to a fault. We would have to had a HORRIBLE experience here for me not to rate it a five-star place. Roadhouse. Family Guy. Road road. Ghost ghost. Ghost house. Etc. I am 51 years old. Do the math. ANYWAY, it delivered. We stayed at a cabin within two miles, and I made my wife go. Here is my ALWAYS detailed review.
First, as always, service. Kayla, you had your regulars, we obviously were NOT regulars, but you treated as such. Thanks for the great service, and your bosses need to look into a raise besides the tips. The place was perfect, and I would recommend stopping by if you just “want to feel what a Colorado bar feels like.” The one oddity I found was the size of the pool table, but it kind of made our experience more fun. My wife doesn’t usually beat me at pool, but the four foot pool table (estimating) was fun for both of us. Listen, I can preach to you about the place. I can preach to you about the nearby Hot Sulphur Springs (one of the best in CO), and I can preach to you about how cool Granby and Grand Lake are. But, you do YOU. LOVED this place. If you are driving through, put this on the itinerary.
Definitely recommend and see you there.
By the way, if you live in Fraser, vote for my buddy Brian Cerkvenik for Mayor. Dude is a stud. See you on the flip side.

Amazing food. Cozy atmosphere that gives off rustic vibes. Perfect location and nothing but kind people and fun times. They have a pool table in the back. Ordered the wings and they were ginormous and very tasty.

Over priced bar food. I’m not sure how it has such a high rating. I ordered the roadhouse cheesesteak with sweet potato fries and was really expecting something delish but the sandwich was so dry. The fries were actually good and served with a sweet sauce. My boyfriend ordered a burger and it was just mediocre, nothing special about it.
The staff were nice but after dropping off our food they never checked back or even refilled our drinks.
Life’s too short to not eat delish food; eat somewhere else.

I’ve been here many times when we visit Grand Lake. Service is generally pretty quick and friendly. Food is good. Disliked the sweet potato fries which is served like a dessert (cinnamon sugar fries with a sweet dipping sauce.) Would have liked that description on the menu.

The Vinny Von burger was incredible, definitely worth it to add the egg. Onion rings, fantastic and come with ranch so that’s a plus. Our server was great and also managing the whole restaurant, so cheers to you girl for killing it!

I always make a stop here when I’m in Grand Lake. Love the mountain vibe and laid-back atmosphere. The service is usually pretty solid, and the food never disappoints. They change up the daily specials, which keeps things interesting, and I’ve always left satisfied. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area.
