The young lady that’s there tonight on this day 12/17/25 has been so rude and nonchalant. I asked for an ice vanilla coffee with 8 sugars and 4 screams and it came out tasting like nothing vanilla or sweet! Then I politely asked can she redo it to my liking and it was even worst then the first one! Nothing vanilla no nothing at all tasted sweet nor creamy. Y’all need to do better with the people you all hire! No wonder this place has negative reviews! Never coming back

Just left this location. Got there at 9:45. Nobody answer the window. All the lights and screen on! Went around the building and the two employees are sneaking out. Lights fully on. Don’t close till 10. Super sad & Lazy. Will not return to this location.

The truth of the matter is the only reason I come to this Tim Hortons is because it’s convenient. Their croissants are underbaked, their bagels are either yesterday’s bagels or pulled straight from the freezer, and their Matcha & chai tea lattes are never full (Always a bunch of foam at the top).
I wish the owner or manager would stop by the 12 mile and Mound location just to see the difference between what they’re serving and what other Tim Hortons Restaurants are serving.
I have no complaints with the staff whatsoever. They have always been very friendly and professional.
My last two cents will speak to exterior cleanliness; Cigarette butts and other litter always on the ground and what’s the deal with the swiffer-broom contraption that they’re always scraping the ground with through the drive-through window? If something’s wrong with your dive-through technology – get it fixed already. It’s been like this for a year and a half at least.

The staff are very friendly. Recently the wait times are ridiculous. Today I waited for almost 30 minutes to make it through the line. I had to leave before getting my coffee. Some days they dont even open for dine-in. Time to find another place for coffee. Or pay your workers better.

This has happened several times and I am just tired of it.
It is costing more and more and as customers we are getting less and less from the crap they are giving us at the window down to the atttitudes. What the heck has happened to customer service. If we didn’t go to these business, they wouldn’t be running. Bought a egg sandwich and coffee, sandwich was totally burnt on both sides. It’s expensive…so disappointing!!

Everytime I come here my coffee looks like milk. No matter how many cream I ask for.
I went inside today. Ordered a large mocha iced coffee one cream four sugar.
Watched them pump multiple pumps of cream, not add mocha and add the liquid sugar. I asked her to remake it she still made it wrong. This time no sugar no mocha syrup.
Glad I have sugar and chocolate at home.
Wasn’t going to ask again because she already had an attitude before I approached the counter to order.
My coffee I normally order with 2 cream 4 sugar from different locations never looks this light.
I guess someone needs to tell me the secret to getting coffee and not just cream from this location.

Terrible customer service by the foreigners who work there, they are constantly messing up my order, can’t understand them, the lobby is filthy. Today they told me at the drive-thru that they are out of all food, no signage whatsoever. This location will never see me again. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else! If I could give a negative e star, I would.
