Should have heeded the warning right there and then.
Only two people working, the one was sitting in a booth on their cell, and the other was in some back room. Both were pleasant enough. I ordered the new BLT Frisco combo. The tables were clean appearing, from 10 feet away, but once you sat down you could see smears and grime. The food was made promptly, at least the fries were hot, unfortunately they were over salted. The burger looked like someone had sat on it. The lettuce had seen betters days, some wilting on the edges. The bacon was paper thin with little to no flavor. I usually love a good Frisco burger, but not this new one, and not.at this location.

I came to this place with my husband and son to eat. I waited three minutes for them to take our order while they were laughing in the back kitchen. When someone finally came to the front, they didn’t have the courtesy to ask what we needed; they just turned their back on us and acted like we didn’t exist. We simply left. 0% customer service

Cashier Jennifer was fantastic. It has been a long time since dealing with someone in fast food that seemed to like their job. She even brought my food to me instead of just putting it on the counter and yelling my name. Place was clean and food came out fast.

If you wat to be ignored this is your place. Went through drive thru ordered. Very rude person came to window eventually took payment eventually gave my drink then eventually came back asked me to pull to the front. After 10min went inside was asked have you ordered i said yes hot ham and cheese with fries. No response no acknowledgement nothing. I left with my 11.78 medium coke.. Holly smokes thats horrible never had that kind of experience.. BTW it was 2 in afternoon on Monday.

I always order the Monster Burger no Mayo! 2 out of three times I get Mayo all over it and instead of curly fries I get regular fries.
They don’t listen! Hardee’s is my favorite restaurant and I’m about to stop going to Hardee’s all together.
In the mornings on Saturday and Sunday you will wait 20 minutes to get through the drive through and that’s with every 3rd car driving off.
If they had proper help and some sort of organization they would get a third more business on the weekends. After driving back to the restaurant because my dinner order was completely wrong the only person in the store tells me at 8:30 that they are closed. I didn’t get my order corrected or my money back.

Good Morning. I want to take a moment to thank the management for an amazing meal. After a bumpy start at this restaurant, this restaurant has what it takes. I’m thoroughly impressed by the handling of problems in the store. This store strives for excellence it is definitely seen. Five star all day . Everything was clean. Are food was absolutely delicious. Thank you blue springs for making are meal that very special moment. Thank you very much. It will never be forgotten. I highly recommend this restaurant.

So I had hyped up the double Frisco burger to my 21yo son and he agreed to pull thru. When we got home I realized there wasn’t any bacon on them. I called to see if it was no longer served like that but sure enough it was just forgotten. They offered to replace them. The burgers we ate were delicious but just missing the bacon. I went back a week later to redeem my corrected burgers expecting to get the run around and pay for new burgers but no, they quickly assessed the situation and gave us the 2 sandwhiches as we had ordered them. They were polite and friendly about it too. The food is always hot and delicious.

Wanted the big bag with a regular chicken sandwich NOT a spicy one. They refused to do it. Got an original sandwich. Wasn’t good. Won’t be back. Had to wait 9 minutes in drive thru!!! So much for fast food!!!
