We looked up spots near Rouff center and the Local popped up and said open so we ubered here and despite the sign that says opens at 4:00pm, apparently they don’t open until 5:00. Really annoying for being the only place near rouff to get a drink or food before a show which always start at 7:00. And how hard is it to change the sign or update the site. Guess we won’t be staying here for our next concert.
