I stopped at this place for lunch a few weeks ago, where I had the falafel and hummus wrap. This place does get pretty busy, however the line moves fairly quickly. The service was very good, and the staff was friendly.
I like that the seating area had outlets, which made it easy for me to charge my phone.
However, if I eat here again, I would probably try a different sandwich, as mine was a bit dry. They have a big menu, so there are plenty of options.

Allergy caution* I love their food but now realize I must be very cautious with a walnut allergy. I ordered one of this weekend’s specials which was a Greek, chicken, falafel, and quinoa salad bowl and it comes with the premade Greek salad mix of cucumbers, feta, tomatoes and onion, however, I found a walnut within the Greek salad mix after eating about half of the bowl today. I’m very glad that I saw it in time but it was a similar color as the falafel and quinoa that were listed as ingredients so I feel lucky to have noticed it. As soon as I noticed it I called the business to make sure they were aware but I ended that call feeling like they were offended that I called to simply warn them for the safety of other customers. She told me that sometimes the chef doesn’t pay attention and the Greek salad was next to the sesame noodle salad and it’s very likely how the walnut got into it and that she would change the locations of the premade salads, which I appreciated. Their food has been excellent the handful of time I’ve gone, but my intention is just wanted to warn fellow nut allergy sufferers to use caution as always and maybe check to see what salads are sitting next to the ones in your meal under the displays as it seems the responsibility is expected to be yours entirely.

Outstanding stop for breakfast, lunch or shopping for prepaid foods. I went yesterday for my third time. I have not been disappointed by anything I have ordered yet.
Yesterday my wife and I went and bought foods to eat right away, today and more to freeze for very quick prepared meals during the week.
I think everytime I have been here I appreciate it more.
I won’t begin to tell my favorite foods they have as I have never had anything less than delicious.
I highly recommend stopping in, have a seat, have breakfast, or better, lunch and get some prepared meals, soups, chili, salads, something from their deli or their delicious pastry counter.

As a vegetarian, it was refreshing to have options without having to modify. I chose the Crispy Cauliflower burrito, which was delicious and filling. It was so big that I could only eat half and saved the rest for later.
There was quite a line to check out – not sure if they were understaffed or just the time of day, though we visited around 4:30.

Food has always been great, and I’ve enjoyed eating here in the past. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.
While I was waiting for my sandwich to be made, the employee preparing it used the cash register without changing his gloves. I asked that a new sandwich be made, which another employee did. However, the original employee continued preparing food for other customers without changing gloves.
This situation made me lose my appetite and raised serious concerns about food safety. I truly enjoyed the food here, but due to this experience, I won’t be returning.

First and last time going here for a “quick” sandwich. Waited over 20 minutes while 4 guests that came in after received their orders. And when we got home to enjoy them, two could not be eaten as they were prepared incorrectly.

The store is beautiful. The presentation the frozen foods is absolutely beautiful too. The line to check out was outrageous even though it is not even spring yet. Very short staffed probably not their fault. Our tuna wrap and Green monster sandwich was top-quality.

Stopped in for lunch. We got the Bronx bomber with brisket, pickles and other goodies. Would have liked the brisket to be the star and not the pickles. Our antipasto was good with different types of meats and cheese. The star for me was their quinoa salad. It was hinted with curry sweet potato cubes and walnuts. I would go back for that.

This was a place that was 4 stars. Then this happened that I lost all respect for this place. I have many allergies and sometimes hard to eat. Many times I have come in and gotten the same thing every time with one exception please try no onions. A dozen times they have accommodated me no problem. A woman and a man do it literally all the time no problem. Today they refused and said they have never done this for me. Its the only sandwich I get made into a salad. The only one I can eat comfortably. They refused to let me have the salad/ sandwich. Not “We will try or sure no problem like usual or we can put the squash concoction on the side. Just a flat out NO and lied they have NEVER done this. Was I in the twilight zone. JUST BOGGLES MY MIND. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS A loyal customer, someone who tells people to eat here.

Decided to try lunch this time. Went over to the deli section and chose a turkey sandwich. It had roasted butternut squash, turkey,cheddar and cranberry mayo, no onions. Wow delish on sourdough bread and my boyfriend got a grinder and it was huge. The bread is crusty and just so good. After we got a bakery treat and we both had smiles this time.
Okay okay I liked that turkey butternut squash concoction sandwich I came back again for it. Super yummy. This time I got it as a grinder. To me this place is best for the grinders or sandwiches not their lack of fresh dessert.
Okay something about this concoction with turkey and butternut squash no onions. Super yummy. Got it in a salad version minus bread. Just as delish!
