I door dash on the side and have stopped accepting orders from here. The wait times are crazy. It’s always at least 5 minutes past where it should be done but most of the time it’s 10. I get you are busy but if that’s the case stop accepting online orders or update your system so it’s actually accurate on the timing

I was very disappointed with the customer service tonight. I was told the wait would be about 8 minutes, but after waiting 15 minutes with no update, I called just to check on the status of my order and make sure it hadn’t been forgotten. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly didn’t want to be there and made no effort to be polite or helpful. The experience left a bad impression and made an already long wait even more frustrating.

I visited here today and while in line I saw one of the employees named Savo take food from one of the hot containers with his fingers and place this in his mouth. He did this twice.
This is a major health code violation. Luckily PANDA has cameras. Hopefully they’ll review the footage and fire Savo at store #2217.

Came to panda through drive through ordered my daughter a kids meal, and there was hardly any food. There was still space in the box for more food. Upon the window I asked her if I can add to the order. She was speaking with laziness. Like not wanting to take the order. She asked what we wanted I told her two items. The food always sucks. They are always out of something I want. I love panda so I’ve given this place multiple chances and they just disappoint me every time. I should be leaving a bad review x20. My kid won’t eat the noodles (that are his favorite) again because they messed them up again so I am just frustrated. I tried to call and talk to a manager but they won’t answer the phone. I guess I ate mine cause it’s fine enough to eat but I am done coming back. The customer service is also nonexistent
