We ate supper here tonight. It was a beautiful night to sit outside for a quick bite and a beer. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service. I’m a pretty picky eater, and I really enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. My husband had the cowboy burger with fries. Fries were seasoned and crispy. We’ll be back.

My husband and I ate here for the first time. I had the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and he had a Cowboy burger. Both of them were very good. Neither came with fries. Those have to be ordered separately. For the price point, they should come with a small side of fries. We ordered a small and shared. Overall, a good experience and we will go back.

Wow, ETX Brewing Company really impressed us! They brew a wide variety of beers in-house, and you can taste the craft in every sip. We stopped by on a hot day for a cold beer and ended up staying longer than planned. The staff was super friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and even letting us sample a few brews before deciding.

We ordered the brined wings and the Three Pigs snack—both were flavorful and hit the spot perfectly with the drinks. The wings had just the right balance of seasoning, and the Three Pigs was a fun, meaty shareable. The beer list is extensive, with something for everyone, from hoppy IPAs to smooth stouts and everything in between.

The vibe inside is laid-back and lively, with good music and a fun crowd. Whether you’re a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a relaxed place to hang out, ETX is a great pick. It’s definitely a spot we’ll return to when in the area again. Bonus points for the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail in both drinks and food!

Typical pub fare as far as food goes, we had snacks of nachos & cheese curds. Not a lot of tap selections but still a nice mix of varieties. Staff is over-the-top friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

This is one of our favorite places… so much so that we went straight there after our wedding downtown. The beer, the staff, the food, and just the over all atmosphere is THE VIBE.

Wonderful selection of beers, good eats and a very chill vibe. By far the Brickstreet Blonde is the most flavorful TX blonde that I’ve had. My wife went with the Red Gael, which was also very tasty. Was completely surprised they have a brunch menu. We went with the breakfast sandwich and the migas, both were delightful!

ETX Brewing has potential, but right now it feels like more style than substance. The highlight of the visit was, without question, the staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. I also appreciated the ability to choose from two flight sizes, which made sampling a variety of beers easy and approachable.

Unfortunately, the beer selection didn’t quite match the vibe. A few brews stood out, particularly the Dunkel and the 1846, but those were the exceptions. The tap list leaned too heavily into niche, boutique-style beers that felt more experimental than refined. The Mexican lager was decent, but that’s hard to get wrong. The stouts were underwhelming, light-bodied and lacking depth, and the Black IPA felt confused, unsure of what it wanted to be. Skull Blossom was the biggest disappointment, though it may have been the end of the keg.

The food didn’t redeem the visit. I ordered the chicken nuggets, great sauce, especially the ranch, but the meat was fatty and unappealing. For the price, it missed the mark.

ETX has a great location and strong staff, so I’d give it another shot down the line, hopefully when the tap list is a bit more balanced.

My wife and I stopped by last night after the Candlelight Halloween Music at The Liberty.

The vibe was great. A bustling business with quick service and great food! We both had burgers and they didn’t disappoint! My wife is gluten free and her bun (it is really hard to find a good one) was very tasty. Both burgers were cooked to perfection! She had a very good cider and I had a nice IPA.

Overall 5 out of 5!
