Came here for breakfast the other day. Cute place. The owner was super friendly and the service was top-tier. I got their breakfast bowl (sorry I forgot to take a picture because I was so hungry) which came with chicken sausage, 2 eggs, avocado (more than I imagined would come with it), and sweet potatoes. It was $17 but for the quality and the amount of food, no complaints. It was flavorful and healthy (this place is very health conscious). I did not try their baked goods, but it’s on my list for next time.

When it comes to good food, it doesn’t take much to influence me. I saw a post/rave yesterday about JoyFull Bites Cafe and I just knew it was going to be good. I quickly made my way over and ordered the weekly special, which happened to be tostadas. I swear I could eat a tostado a day and be a happy man. I only had a 10 minute drive home, but it seemed like it took forever. I called my wife and told her I was bringing lunch home. Within minutes of arriving home, we were already digging in.
The tostadas were absolutely perfect in every single way. The flavors were incredible, especially that jalapeño ranch. The tostada shell itself was still nice and crunchy, even after a 10 minute drive with all the ingredients stacked on top.
Those ingredients were:
•Grass fed taco meat
•Organic black beans
•Colby jack goat cheese
•Shredded romaine
•House made salsa fresca
•House made jalapeño ranch
•Avocado mash.
I can’t recommend this dish enough. They also had tons of delicious looking treats, although I resisted. It was hard, but I turned the other cheek lol.
If you haven’t stopped by yet, make your way over and find out how good their stuff really is. Everything is gluten free by the way!!!

Listen, we need to have a serious talk because this week’s BLT sandwich absolutely SLAPS. I’m going to need some answers immediately: that sourdough… is it handmade?? Honestly, girl, do you sell it by the loaf?
The Bacon: Genuinely so crisp it could be heard from space. 10/10 crunch.
The Avocado: Actual perfection. It was bright green and creamy, not that sad, brown, “old” energy other restaurants try to pull.
Don;’t even get me started on the end of the month tostadas! yum!! 🙂

What a cute little restaurant! We had their waffle Sammy and it was so yummy! I eat gluten free so it was great to find someplace that catered to that! My husband doesn’t eat gluten free it he loved it also! Of course we had to try a cookie and it was great too! They are also vegan and diary friendly. Small place not much seating inside more of an outdoors or to go place. We will come back when we are in town!

I went looking for lunch, it was about 3pm. I was informed they stop lunch at 230pm; which wasn’t a big deal. They had home made chicken salad and crackers; which was amazing! Definitely will try to be back for lunch hours! First time and sticking around! The young lady was VERY polite and attentive; she really cares !

Quality ingredients, friendly staff, and tasty treats. Whether or not you have dietary restrictions, this place offers delicious breakfast options. The waffle sandwich was the perfect blend of savory and sweet.
The pastries are all gluten free which is helpful for those whose diets are restricted and very good to know if you’re expecting a classic donut/muffin- these will be different and rightly so.
The seating options indoors are limited but there are two small tables outdoors with more space.
I highly recommend any of the muffins or any of the sandwich options.

Best place in Tyler to get a gluten free meal and sweets! As a Celiac, it’s awesome to have a restaurant where everything on the menu is safe to eat! I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Their sandwich cookies are a family fave! Plus, super cute decor!

Joyful Bites made my daughter’s birthday cake, and I’m grateful for their delicious allergy-conscious treats. It is so hard to find a restaurant that is safe for me to eat at and also delicious. But this one wins!! Had the Club sandwich (been so long since i had anything that tasted like bread) it was absolutely delicious. And their desserts taste real too! Worth the price, its not super expensive. Im definitely a new regular now. And they are super friendly inside. No allergy reaction after eating here at all.
