The food was decent however I ordered through your app and thought it would be quicker than usual. What happened was the opposite of that. I waited 20 minutes in line and when I finally got to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes because they hadn’t even started filling my order. Should not have to wait 1/2 hr for fast food.

Update 7/4/21
I ordered my meal again thru the app thinking maybe it would be faster. Again I had to wait 20 minutes in 90° weather in a car with no ac for my order to be prepared.

I think Burger King needs to revisit it’s delivery process for online orders and have the meal ready for pick up when the customer arrives.

After all if you have to wait in the drive thru line just to let them know you have a pick up order then wait 20 minutes for the order to be prepared what advantage does the customer have in ordering off the app?

It’s a deterrent that will prevent customers from wanting to go to Burger King for their food. I hope this issue is address and a better pick up solution is found. Because Burger King has some good food and I would recommend it to my friends and family but for this one drawback I would not promote ordering off the app ahead of time.

Great food, breakfast is always amazing and on point .never one complaint.customer service could be a tad bit better maybe work on the greeting with a little bit of a smile and atmosphere is 9/10 usually a peaceful vibe .timing couldn’t be better though.always fast at wait time. In the drive through or inside both very fast and always what you order .

The patties on the whopper sandwiches we ordered were 75% burnt, fries were room temperature and loaded with salt. When I went back to the counter to get the ranch that was missing, the expedite lady was on Facebook. After waiting a while and still not being noticied, I got her attention and she handed some to me. We didn’t complain, just ate what we could stand and then left. Will not be returning though. My advice is that you may want to avoid this establishment as well.

Christ! I live in downtown Indy and have gotten used to the bad customer service. This BK not only had a good whopper but had great customer service. Curtis was at the register and super professional and friendly.

Food is always excellent here. They never mess up our order and it is usually fresh. Today, however, the cheesy tots tasted like they had sat out all night. Very gross (and they’re expensive for just a tiny amount!)
The service was HORRIBLE from Danielle in drive through. Hateful, rushed, didn’t mention the $5 deal when my fiance ordered the $7 trio and it included the same things as the $5 deal. You could tell she just didn’t want to be there. We weren’t difficult or rude etc. I had to go back in to get ketchup, because she didn’t give us the chance to even ask for any when she handed us our food. The bag was almost dropped out of the window because she handed it to my fiancé so hastily. When I asked for packets of ketchup inside from the girl at the front counter, Danielle turned around from drive thru and gave me a dirty look?? Um, sorry I wanted ketchup? I hope that whatever you are going through gets better for you. It’s never okay to be that hateful to another person for just trying to feed their family, and choosing your establishment to go to.
