Excellent spot for a quick burger and fries. We got the Aj burger with the onion rings in it and tasted soooo good. Comes with your choice of onion rings fries or fried pickles. I got fried pickles and they tasted great! Super friendly staff and clean atmosphere with cool souvenirs as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Great sandwich for a quick lunch. They have a little gift store with various souvenir options priced very reasonable.

We visited AJ’s last week and were very impressed! What an adorable place! It was clean, spacious and FUN!
We were greeted by several employees. The menu had great choices, and we decided on Canyon burgers. YUM! The burger was delicious and the fries were equally amazing! The food came quick and the friendly service continued.
We spent extra time trying the Blue Bell ice cream (I had banana pudding ice cream – wow!) and shopping in their store. They have great merchandise to choose from especially some cool Sedona souvenirs.
The prices were great and the overall experience was MORE than 5 stars! I highly recommend AJ’s in the Canyon and we will definitely be back soon!!

It took over 40 minutes for our food and we were the only ones here. The short haired girl was a bit rude. We were traveling and it wouldve been nice to know it would take 3 business days for 2 BLTs and a grill cheese. Other than that food was good.

I will say it’s a cute place, as a business owner myself I understand it can be difficult.

Also food for thought, maybe add combo option…. I don’t like to be taken advantage of while traveling and trying to feed my family, the pricing was harsh and everything being “sold individually” was not appealing.

The burgers are obviously frozen patties from Cysco or something similar. Tasteless, dry, un appetizing. 1 star

They toast the buns which is fine but ours were burnt. 1 star

The french fries were good. I’d give them 3.5 stars.

They also charge some strange Fee. S/C ADV PROGRAM for 87 cents.

And they charge extra for using a credit card which is getting more normal but they don’t tell you in advance.

The best thing they have is Blue Bell ice cream.

Edited Review… it’s not Blue bell ice cream. I’m from Texas and have been eating Blue Bell my entire life. I know their Chocolate Chip cookie dough. While yours was good, it’s not Blue Bell. If it is blue bell, then something has changed.

Also, you say you are a new business, but you’re the same owners that used to own the restaurant when it was Dairy Queen.

Yummy yummy burger and fries! Fresh lettuce unique mayonnaise great bacon! Even the cheese has flavor. Fries bonzer. Way cheaper than Sedona and got a full belly. The fella behind the counter couldn’t be friendlier. Felt very welcome and extra happy I stopped in on my way through. Please support this small business!

When there’s nowhere to go in Sedona, you can go to AJs in the canyon. Wonderful little shop in Sedona with a gift/souvenir section. Nice spot for lunch as well. Will definitely be back.

I ordered the Oak Creek burger which was supposed to have 2 patties with ghost pepper jack cheese, hatch chiles, pickes, boom boom sauce and garlic aioli. What I got were 2 small chewy unseasoned dry patties that tasted like they were cooked in a microwave, swiss cheese, tomato and no green chiles. It was very bland, small and unsatisfying for the price.

AJ’s in the Canyon is such a cool spot! I’m visiting from Virginia, and the drive alone was worth it — the scenic canyon route getting there was absolutely stunning. Once we arrived, we were blown away by the views from the restaurant. The burgers were some of the best I’ve had — juicy, flavorful, and just hit the spot after the drive. And I have to give a big shoutout to Max for making the most amazing affogato with salted caramel Blue Bell ice cream. The combo of the rich espresso and that creamy, sweet ice cream was unforgettable. Between the food, ice cream, and the scenery, I’m so glad we found this place — can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Sedona!
