The Automated service got my meal and they didn’t come on until after the fourth time of me saying my order. And the lady who came on, asked me if to go ahead and do I want number six and I’ll say I’ll go ahead and get it. I guess she didn’t understand my English but anyway she was very rude when I went to the window, not talking about the cashier I’m talking about the lady that came on To take my order, the food was cold the two beef Chalupa that I got and the taco. Let me say my order number 294 just in case because I did not get a receipt. horrible!!! But you have to put something up there….

This location is extremely lazy when it comes to making any of the cream sodas. They will purposely not include the cream for whatever reason… I don’t understand what’s so complicated about adding this. An employee even stated that it doesn’t come with cream, even though the description literally says “Vanilla Cream Soda Freeze. A sweet vanilla frozen slushy drink with a swirl of vanilla crème for a creamy carbonated treat!” This has happened multiple times now, day and night.

The cheese sauce is watered down. don’t get chips and cheese. You get about 2 teaspoons of watery cheese and about 9 chips. complete rip off. The taco barely had any cheese. The cheesy roll-up barely had any cheese. Much less than when I’ve gotten this at other Taco Bells.

1) drink was wrong. Regular instead of diet.
2). The crunchy taco had about 3 shreds of cheese.
3) each nacho cheese cup was only filled half way.
4) chips and cheese included only 6 chips!
5). It took forever and everything was cold.
6) the 5 layer burrito was missing an ingredient.
I ordered this much food because I knew they’d screw something up. I was right. Obviously, no one that works here cares about doing a good job. Typical big city crappy service with apathetic employees.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Asked for two vegetarian with black bean food items and got a mix of black beans, refried beans, chicken, and beef which I didn’t even think was an option for a Black Bean crunchwrap. Absolutely absurd service, not sure how meat ingredients get added to a vegetarian item.

During my recent visit to this establishment, I placed an order through the drive-thru and was informed upon arrival that cash payments are not accepted after 1:30 PM. Additionally, I was told that there was no change available to complete my transaction. Unfortunately, the manager did not offer any resolution or assistance in accommodating my payment, despite my attempt to use a $100 bill. As cash remains a widely accepted form of currency, I find this situation unacceptable. Furthermore, the manager declined to provide contact information for corporate or the general manager. I will not be returning to this location and intend to report this experience to Taco Bell’s corporate office.

Ordered a luxe box and a side of guacamole. When I arrived home realized there was no chips in the bag. I called to inform they offered me to get chips. Informed them it was fine honestly wouldn’t want to go through a hassle of driving ten minutes for chips.

Normally I have no issue with Tacobell at all. It may have been training new employees. Baja blast was all carbonated water with enough syrup to make it green. Ordered on line and good thing I checked my bag as stuff was missing. Got home and there was about a tablespoon of meat in 5 layer burrito and crunchwrap supreme. The bean burritos were about 1/3 smaller than usual and my encharitos had maybe a ladel of sauce.They were out of mild sauce. I paid 28 dollars for what we got. The prices have gone up and the food amt down. Come on corporate.
