Beware if you order and they are closed they will not refund you if you order through the app!!!!!!! The supposed manager Maria claims it’s not her responsibility. They will also completely ignore you if you want a refund, they have the app on even when they are closed and take you money

I’ve been emailing customer care for a week and a half , went into the restaurant, called the restaurant, called the local office (number listed inside )
Everyone points back that the restaurant needs to refund me , and they won’t . Manager Maria’s exact words to me is not her problem

I ordered to the kiosk after I paid and did not received a receipt. When I addressed it one person was very rude, tried to blame it on the kiosk. That’s not a normal transaction without a receipt. She looked annoyed why? Ten minutes later they finnally gave me my receipt. It took three people in order for me to get it. Also the sauce I was given was slashed and opened. Make it make sense. McDonald’s you need to investigate this restaurant and kiosk which is handing out empty receipt.

This McDonald’s honestly sucks. The staff mess around half the time and not working. They always ask you to wait longer in the parking. The drive through is always crammed. I didn’t really care about making a review until today. I was picking up breakfast for my girlfriend and she forgot to put my order in so I make my own order on the app. Just 2 micgriddles and smoothies and 2 has browns. I then go through the driveway ask for two mobile orders get confirmation with okay. I wait and a lady walks out with one order and said I’ll have to go through the drive through again to get my second order. Which was crammed, and I wouldn’t have time for it because then I’ll be late to work. So I just end up leaving my order behind pre paid and giving my food to my girlfriend.
This McDonald’s sucks and all the morning shift staff should be fired and replaced since the earlier I stated issues has been going on for years. I mean you better off ordering in actually restaurant.

Placed a mobile order. Drive thru speaker did not have the order and told me to pull up. I pull up to the first window and they did not have the order. I was charged and it was the correct location.
Pull up to the second window and she said she didn’t have it and to pull up to the drive thru waiting area. I updated my app with “curbside spot 1”. 8 minutes later I see a lady walking to all curbsides but 1 and goes back inside. I go inside and say I’ve been waiting 15 minutes at this point. She says she went to every car.. whatever, I get my food and get home. My food is cold now and I’m missing half of my meal and there’s no way to get a refund through the app. Terrible customer service.

No complaints. Always a vibe here. Employees are very kind whenever I pay a visit. Always greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. Today I had just finished my meal and was kind of entranced on my phone and a kind young lady came up and asked if she could take my tray for me. I would have totally done it myself but thanks so much hun

I ordered a plain cone and a hot fudge Sundae. I was then charged for a plain sundae which is twice the cost. I tried to ask about it and got attitude back the sundae cups where only half full and I was rushed along. It was around 8:30pm. The employees didn’t even act like they were working, on cell phones ect and acted like I was interrupting there personal time.
