If I could still leave a review and give zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered through the subway app. and was informed if something was unavailable I would be contacted. It wasn’t until I got all of the way to the store that I was informed that they didnt have all of the items for my order and asked what I wanted to substitute. Not once was I contacted at all to say they didnt have what was ordered. When I said I didnt want to substitute anything I just wanted a refund for the item they informed me that they were unable to do anything about it because they could not refund anything through the app. According to Drew the manager if I wanted any sort of refund I would not be able to take any portion of my order and I would have to go through the app. to initiate a refund. I spent over $40 and tipped which I would have taken back as well seeing as the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful saying it was my fault for ordering something that wasnt available. Meanwhile what I ordered was available through the app. And it stated if it wasnt available I would be contacted which never happened. Had I been contacted I would have just cancelled the order all together. I reached out for a refund through the app. Which is an automated chat bot and still no refund over $13.00+tip for something I didn’t receive. Not to mention the food we did receive was a joke. The sub bread was flat with one triangle of cheese and like two pieces of lettuce which a good portion of was brown. Definitely not worth the cost. I will be contacting the better business bureau. It is absolutely insane and horrible customer service that I have been charged for something that was never received and not refunded. That is fraud! DO NOT GO HERE! Honestly this experience put me off from subway all together. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. THEY ARE SKETCHY CHARGING FOR FOOD THAT YOU DONT RECEIVE!! There is a lovely mom and pop shop a few doors down USA and I. I would gladly order subs from there moving forward. They have great subs, great quality, and amazing customer service.

Placed an order line order here, after waiting 30 minutes after the expected delivery time I called the store. They stated they couldn’t ‘even find my order and I should call the subway in Walmart’…??
I asked for a customer service number because the one I found wasn’t working and I wanted to cancel my order, the lady asked another lady and neither of them could help me with a number for customer service. I guess I’m just supposed to eat the loss…? Bullshit.

I’ve been on a long break from subway, but I was in a hurry and decided to give it a try. Restaurant was clean and the guy who made my sandwich was nice. Too bad the food is disgusting. You almost have to be trying to find such awful ingredients. I got a BMT. It was tasteless. Even the mayo is not good. Unfortunately I’m old enough to remember when Subway was good in the pre $5 foot long days. IDK how you expect to stay in business when you can get a better sub at the local gas station. The restaurant was empty for good reason.

Came in got 3 footlongs and a kids fresh fit meal I was supposed to have 1 of the footlongs free lady wouldn’t honor it also the kids meal was only supposed to be 2$ charged me 4.99 when I asked about it she gave an attitude.. the other guy had to tell her how to put it into the computer and everything was very disappointing as this is my go to subway… hoping that this was just an off day or something.

the worker was extremely rude because of the policy they have for using the coupons. the policy says one coupon per person per visit and he told us that he cannot take more than one coupon per visit per group when in the policy it does not states anything about groups. I even asked him to make a different transaction for my husband and for me so that we could use our two coupons and he said no because we walked in together.

Called ahead to make sure the store would be open. Tried to get in at 835pm and the door was locked. Kids inside worked waved me away. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this subway!

The girl who made my sub was clearly out of her mind….nodding off…..staring into space…… I ordered a simple BLT she never put in the bacon and added a whole bunch of stuff that didn’t go on that sub. Mind you i was ordering like 4 subs at the same time so I wasn’t really paying attention.

went in around 7:50 and they said they were closing even though online and on their door it said 9. just tried ordering through doordash and it said they ran into an error and another location is making my food. if your going to close at 8 change the time on your website.

Great customer service. Very polite and patient with us The 2 young men, made our delicious subs, EXACTLY as we wanted. And I was able to get EXTRA black olives. Other places do not allow that. In and out very quick. Being after lunch, the place was not packed. Clean store. Next time we are visiting y’all’s town, this is a must go-to.
