The incompetence at this location is alarming. We ordered a normal coffee with sugar and cream and a breakfast sandwich. Get to the windows and they ask “uh what did you order? We repeat the order they then give us a small coffee and say have a good day. We said we ordered a large and breakfast sandwich. “Uhhh, did you?” Yes here’s the receipt and we told you the basic order twice.

Ordered a breakfast wrap specifically with no meat after double checking they didn’t have any non pork meat options. I tipped, I was nice. I don’t know what I did wrong. My wrap has triple the normal amount of meat. Sausage and bacon. It felt very targeted. It was not busy at the time either.

I was waiting literally two minutes before 6 o’clock in the lady came out screaming at me that I couldn’t wait there because it’s making something go off inside the building for as much money as I spend at Tim Hortons. I will never go back. This specific place is the absolute worst for making a coffee, right And their customer service needs a little bit of a tuning. First off it’s your job so open up two minutes early stop being so negative in this world you need to lose your job and go on and try to do something different that you’d be happy doing maybe at McDonald’s or Tim Hortons just ain’t here for you mam. I hope you have a good day and I hope you are fired. Plus, she told me when I said it’s only two minutes she said OK you’ll wait and see then you’ll wait and see so you were threatening me that you were gonna either a take longer or be spit in my food very unprofessional lady

Had to drive back to this location 3 times for an incorrect order. First a wrap was forgotten, then the wrap was missing hashbrowns and sauce and had barely any meat. Each time the staff, including the morning manager was extremely rude even though I was kind and understanding each time and just wanted my order correct. I will drive further to a different location from now on.

I usually go through the drive thru but I went inside today to pick out some donuts. There was 1 guy serving inside customers and 4 or 5 working drive thru. I ordered 3 drinks with my donuts and when the guy serving me asked one of the others to help make the drinks the response was “you have to make those” and a couple of them were just standing there doing nothing. SMH could have gotten faster service had they worked as an actual team instead of being petty.

Never had an issue with this TH until recently. They must have hired someone new. A young girl taking drive thru orders is quite possibly the most rude food service worker I’ve ever encountered. Every single time it’s her on the speaker, she gives me a hard time. She needs a reality check. As someone who has worked and managed in food service, I am genuinely shocked she still has a job.

We went to this Tim Hortons for some coffee and donuts. The guy working the drive thru was pretty rude and this is the worse hazelnut latte ever. Won’t be going back to this Tim Hortons again.

These people are absolutely clueless. I don’t even think they know what planet they’re on. I got here with my friend, there’s 3 employees running around acting like they’re on a rush and it was just 1 car in the drive thru. I’ve been here for a half hour, took 10 minutes to get my order. An older gentleman was the only one even trying to get anything done, I felt bad for him. He had to get a guy from the back to take our order and he acted like we just interrupted his nap. He had the personality of a toenail. This place is severely lacking a human with real managerial skills and it has been for at least 10 years lol idk how they’re even still open. Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever encountered, for 10 years straight.
After waiting all that time the older man brings us our drinks. Says he ran out of the milk to make the lattes. We didn’t order lattes lol whatever we got isn’t what we ordered. It’s fine, he was the only one that was even working it seemed lol
