I couldn’t get a picture until the third wing. I almost ripped through the bag to get to these wings. I just saw the negative reviews and that’s disappointing. Most of the complaints are about goofy stuff. The folks here are very nice, I’ve never had a problem, and don’t think it would be unresolvable if I were to encounter one. I love you The Spot.

I’ve read the reviews, and there are some negative ones, but my experience has been different. I got a burger and fries, and some cheese steak sandwiches. The fries were really good, much better than what I expected. They had all of the crispy nooks and crannies and were perfectly cooked. The burger was good, but not gourmet. The portion is very generous for the price. They use frozen patties, so it is not as tender as fresh beef, but overall, it was good. I got onions on mine, and they grilled the onions (which I was not expecting), and they gave a very generous portion. I went in the middle of the afternoon and picked it up myself so I could make sure everything was in the bag. The staff was pleasant and double-checked my order before they bagged it. I have been there twice now, and the experience has been consistent. Reasonable priced quick food, and it tasted great. The only con was the laughably small piece of cheese on the burger. Other than that, no complaints.

The customer service was amazing over the phone and with delivery driver on top of all that the food was amazing. Taste really good and fresh, and wasn’t too greasy like most carry out spots. Horrible customer service. I ordered crispy chicken sandwhich (which by the way is just a frozen chicken tender) and they added American cheese and a slop of toppings on it, and say if you don’t specify they just ‘add it’ I called for refund and the guy who answered the phone just argued with me. Crap food and crap service.

This Spot is definitely not the Spot to go to in the evenings. Food is always made wrong and honestly not that great tasting. Service is about as bad as their subs. I gave it 3 Stars because the morning crew are polite. Depending on the cook even the food is properly prepared.
9/22/24 I ordered a whole chicken cheese steak sub and they totally messed up my order. No provolone cheese, no extra mayo, sub was cold, and the American cheese on there isn’t even melted. The guy in the phone had an attitude with me because they made MY order wrong. I should have known by the rudeness I received while the order that got messed up. I have not been to this establishment since 2015 and I see ain’t much change at all. I do not understand how this place is still open.
