Terrible experience like usual. I ordered online, chose ‘pick up at drive through window’. Git there after the pickup time, food is not done, i dont think they even started it. I was asked to park and come inside and wait ten mins while they made it, so whats the point of choosing ‘pick up at drive through window’ if they make you come inside?

Whoever made this Italian cheese bread needs to explain themselves. No seasoning, no sauce just dry cheese on bread. It tastes like dirty cleaning water and disappointment. They need a whole new team and a health inspection.

Terrible. They don’t put any sauce on their pizza. Nobody wants dry pizza. I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and I went back and forth with 2 employees about putting sauce on the pizza. They didn’t want to give me pizza with sauce on it. They were supposed to make me two fresh pizzas with sauce and had me wait 15 mins. When I came to get them, they gave me 2 pizzas that you could tell weren’t freshly made nor did they have sauce on them. I didn’t feel like continuing to go back and forth with them and my kid wanted it so I just left. My kid had to dip the pizza in crazy sauce. Terrible service. They pretty much refused to give me what I asked for which was pizza that actually has sauce on it. Won’t be going back. *Update: district manager reached out to me for a replacement order so I’m changing it to 4 stars. The employees weren’t happy about it all. They fussed the entire time they made the replacement order and acted as if they didn’t even want to speak to me. Not a pleasant location but my replacement order was much better.

Pretty disappointing when you place an order at the store and receive cold food. Place had no heat racks in use and were keeping food at the cut table till there was no space left. They then transfer it to a metal storage shelf, again with no heat to keep warm and leave it there till you go and ask about your order rather than calling out the names once completed. Why bother asking for a name..

I called to ask for a manager and one of the employees simply hung up the phone. Another one of the employees in the drive-through is always super rude and has an attitude he has dreads and he is a dark skin man.

Never have hot and ready pizzas ready at this location. Staff has always been friendly but that doesn’t make up for consecutively not being able to supply the one thing that your company is known for.

These people are terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a fresh order and they attempted to pour garlic butter on top and call it fresh. Then have the nerve to get an attitude with me. This place will fail in the long run because of the people working there
