We had our staff end of the year dinner and Chops City Grill. The food and service were perfect. Get the Corn Creme Brulee, it was incredible!

One of the classiest restaurants I’ve been to. The food is excellent, along with the atmosphere being elegant. If you’re trying to impress somebody, this is the place.
Even the butter is made to look appealing.

What a splendid experience. I felt so high class and enjoyed the well prepared cuisine very much. From our waiter being perfect to the silkiest napkin I’ve ever touched, this place overall is extremely pleasant.

Exceptional from walking in the door to departing. From the bar to the dining room, Chops is a first class steakhouse that deserves a five star review. The restaurant is very well appointed, comfortable, and offers an exceptional place for a business dinner, a romantic evening for two, or a fine family meal. The bar is well stocked with a large selection of top shelf liquor and wide wine selection and drinks can be made to order. Service is first class across the board with very knowledgeable staff, food allergy accommodation for any dish, and unobtrusive but friendly and fast service. The food is absolutely on point. The Waygu filet melts in your mouth and is exceptional on its own. Sides are large and flavorful and there are a wide selection to choose from. Desert is a must! Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend and return here anytime I’m in the area!

Fabulous experience. Ordered the steak flight for myself and it was amazing. The Australian wagyu was my favorite of the three. Absolutely delicious. The corn crème brûlée and the jalapeño au gratin potatoes were delicious sides. The waitstaff was so helpful, kept the drinks filled and made sure we were well taken care of. Was a fabulous birthday experience and will definitely come back again for another meal. About $150 a person without drinks but well worth it if you want a delicious meal and a beautiful dining experience.

My wife and I have been going to Chops in Naples for years and have always enjoyed the meals each time. However, it had been a while since we dined at Chops so we decided to go to the one in Bonita Springs last night. Without getting into details, it was obvious to us the overall quality of the food served had dramatically diminished since our last visit. However, our waiter was very gracious and attentive. The atmosphere very nice. Despite this, we will not be going back.
The next day I received a call from Justin the manager, inquiring about my review. I gave him my explanation why I wrote the above review and he graciously accepted it. I applaud Justin for calling me personally. This was a very classy move and I appreciated his inquiry.

First time going to this restaurant; we had a decent experience, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was lovely, had live piano music and the restaurant looked very elegant. The service was decent but there was a couple of flaws (was brought the wrong appetizer to begin with, server took a while to ask to fill up drinks, and food took a while to come out even though they weren’t that busy). The food was good but for the price we paid, it fell short of expectation. They need to stop with the random greenery that they place on the plate. It just felt unnecessary and didn’t compliment the food at all. The New York Strip and Chocolate Tres Leche were really good, probably the best part of the whole dining experience.

Nestled in the heart of Bonita Springs lies a culinary treasure waiting to be discovered—Chops. Recently, we had the pleasure of indulging in their early bird menu, and it was an experience worth sharing.
From the moment we were greeted by Jennifer, our attentive waitress, to the last sip of espresso, every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable.
The evening commenced with a tantalizing selection of freshly baked bread, setting the stage for what was to come. The chowder, a signature dish, was nothing short of exceptional, with whole clams adding a delightful twist.
Our main courses—sea bass for the ladies and steak tips for the gentlemen—were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Accompanied by a loaded potato that was a culinary delight in itself, each bite was a testament to the skill of the kitchen.
Dessert presented a tough choice between key lime pie and cheesecake, both of which were indulgent in their own right. While the key lime pie leaned towards the sweeter side, the cheesecake offered a perfect balance of flavors.
To cap off the evening, a rich double espresso provided the perfect finale to an unforgettable meal.
There is a reason us locals love Chops. Whether you’re a seasoned local or a curious traveler, a visit to Chops promises an unparalleled culinary journey that will leave you craving more.
