I ordered a large stuffed crust. Crazy crust. There was zero crazy crust. The pizza was so overcooked the crust is completely dry and yet when I called I just wanted them to correct my pizza or offer a refund but lately the food has gotten so bad the breadsticks are dry old hardly any butter garlic Parmesan. This pizza that’s supposed to come with a crazy crust there’s nothing on it and the cheese is so hard from being overcooked and sitting, but they were zero assistance to me

The workers named Leslie and Trey were very nice and polite people. Very sweet. The pizza was done perfectly after I said how it was done even though the crust was raw the first time she told asked if I wanted it done an extra minute. Best service and day ever. Thank you guys

I used to like this store. The girl that is usually at the front is always really nice and works quickly. Unfortunately the last many pizzas I’ve bought from there have been cut horrendously. We’ve had to get our pizza cutter out almost every time the last several months. Now I’m seeing that they’re charging over $6 in random delivery fees, none of which are going to the driver, and a city and state tax, which Texas doesn’t have. This brand has definitely gone downhill.

I love using the app. The first time you order with the app it takes your information on how to pay and from then on when you order you just place your order and it knows your information to charge. They give you a number, you go in, put that number in a little keyboard, out pops your pizza and you leave. No having to deal with anyone and them not having to deal with us. It’s awesome!!!!! ❤️

I love the pizzas here. Just that every time I go ot at least most of the times I go, I always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the hot and ready. That means they are not hot and ready.
