No meat on two crunchy beef tacos, it was very disappointing when I got home. I’m sure I was charged like $3-$4 for those low portion tacos. My kids and I decided to have tacobell off queensgate after we watched a movie at the theater. The drive through kid was professional but the workers putting the food together have to understand that food is expensive, then to get insufficient meat is very sad and devastating.

This Taco Bell used to be fine, but it’s gone waaaaaaaaay downhill. Like someone else said, if you order Uber Eats or Doordash be prepared to get the wrong thing or be missing half your items. And if you ask for any kind of customization, even just taking something off? Forget it, the employees here don’t seem to be capable of following those anymore. Go a little bit out of your way and go to the one on GWay, they still have it together.

Service was okay but the nacho fries were stale and cold. The Crunchwrap had hardly any meat in it and the only reasonable purchase was the cheaper cheesy bean and rice burrito because it was at least hot. Most items skimped on all ingredients which is disappointing because it wasn’t cheap. This is the closest Taco Bell to me but now I’ll probably be going somewhere else. Super disappointed.

Always busy when we go, but usually quick. We don’t go often but last time we did. Our order was 100% correct, but it was a little soggy like it had been sitting waiting, which it probably had. The new grilled cheese fries are delicious though!! Doritos locos tacos supreme also always good!

Worst fish ever!! We came here when they first opened many years ago. Were not impressed then and it’s even worse now. We see why we haven’t been back in all these years and will never come back. Fish was so thin and greasy. We couldn’t even eat more than one piece. Tartar sauce in a packet? Really?? So gross!

I’ve not had Long John silver’s and many years I grew up eating it in a different state and I was leaving this area so it was my souvenir token for my stomach and I’m sitting right outside the place enjoying it now thanks guys you guys really consider getting the menu outside so that way people that want to go in the drive-thru can still order stuff and you won’t lose that business somehow 🙂 just a recommendation

This taco bell is a faking scam… none of the boxes are the same price as advertised on the website. Should be illegal to advertise boxes at a set price and then charge more for them. Better to go to Chipotle for basically the same price for a meal.

I’m a delivery driver and the manager yes the manager didn’t want to give the drink that went with the order I had to ask him twice and the when he di bring it he put it after putting it on the counter and put his hand on it like he didn’t want to give it to me then laughed in my face, his name is Carlos, how unprofessional is that, if I didn’t look at the receipt I would’ve known, I asked for the whole order! Not just the bag! He’s in his 30’s but the mind of a teenager, who made him manager needs to have their head examined

Service is always awesome at this location! The food? Well….it’s Taco Bell so they do what they can with the ingredients. This location is probably one of the best T Bells in the Tri Cities though.
