So disappointed, 2nd time I have requested no peppers no lettuce, no mayo and mustard, add ranch. The complete opposite, and Im allergic peppers. I told myself, check before you leave instead I looked at the gal who made my sandwich and asked that she did not add peppers lettuce or mayo-mustard and added ranch. She looked straight at me and said yes. Also paid for extra meat, didnt not receive. Next time I will wait to go back home to get my firehouse…and they didnt say their normal Welcome to firehouse, nothing amongst themselves talking. Why ask if everything is ok on the sub at time of order if you are going to ignore….do better, food is not cheap

The employees were 0/10 friendly.
I mobile ordered. Walked in and gave my parents name to pick it up. They said it would be a few minutes (after 20 mins already).
I waited a bit more watching them place bags on a shelf. So i eventually walked over and saw the bag with the name that I needed and walked out. No help. No one greeted or said thanks…
Just poor.

Manager on shift yelled at the workers repeatedly in an unprofessional manner, belittling them and being loud enough for customers sitting down enjoying their meals to hear. When a customer stood up for one of the workers the manager barked back complaining about the work they’ve done. Coming from someone who works in the restaurant industry a well run business starts with an uplifting boss. I do hope they learn to talk to their workers positively and properly. Doesn’t sound like a fun work environment to be apart of.

I was there to pick up our lunch order for work. Couldn’t carry everything and a great employee offered to help me carry it out to my car with me. Loved the manager there!! Definitely have great food and very friendly employees there!!

I used to go to Firehouse several times a week for the last 20 yrs…but after they changed their portion and bread sizes a few yrs ago – I stopped going. I wanted to try the French Dip – disappointed once again! No meat, and poor quality meat. PRICE IS RIDICULOUS!! Never again!! That’s why they’re struggling!! But they’ll figure it out when they have to file bankruptcy!! Sad though.

If you come here, you will never waste time at a Subway again. This place is great, some of their sandwiches are a tad pricey but you’re paying for what you get. The quality and quantity is good for what you pay for. The sandwiches are fresh and the employees are helpful when it’s your first time. Tons of hot sauce to choose from as well. Worth it.

My wife and I came here for lunch on her birthday. Absolutely disgusting how we were treated and talked about. Just because it’s a holiday doesn’t give anyone the right to make our food the way it was made and talked about while we’re eating. Such a terrible staff. Never will we eat here again after the way we were treated and served.
