Definitely worth it. Loved the aioli sauce on the chicken sandwich, chicken was juicy but not dripping all over, the bun was lovely, and the nachos we got were awesome. And I don’t like sweet pulled pork but this one wasn’t too sweet and all the toppings balanced it out well. Plus the owner is really kind and helpful! The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a five is because we went on a windy day and ate outside so we got pretty cold fast. But it was still worth it to get the food.

Excellent BBQ! I ordered the Slamwich, which is a massive pulled pork (or other meat) sandwich with chili and cole slaw on it. Gigantic, messy, and wildly satisfying. I will definitely be back!

Ich had the 3 meat sampler. Boneless Rib, Chicken and Brisket. Mac n Cheese, Choleslaw amd cornbread. An orange cream soda to gargle. The quality amd tast was sooo good that i have to go back. I will probably have a plate of 2x brisket and cornbread. Best in and around earth. Owner told me, that he was originally planing to open fine dining but lucky us. He opened a food truck which makes his food affordable. 5stars for the food! No doubt. *food was so good and i was so hungry that I forgot to take pics

Food is incredible, best bbq I’ve had in Rexburg. The Dirty Mac is one of my favorites. Food is made to order, but I’ve never waited longer than 5-10 mins. Seating leaves a bit to be desired in the winter, but I know they’re working on an enclosed dining area so hopefully that helps.

I came here because of the reviews, and once we left with our food and started eating it, I was wondering if maybe it was cooked in a crock pot with liquid smoke. There was no smoke ring on the chicken or the brisket. Really, there was no smoke flavor to either. The brisket looked like a pulled apart roast and tasted like it. The fat was not rendered like it was smoked or even bbqed but more like cooked in a crock pot, chewy. I am no pro at smoking meat but I lived in the south for a while and had to cook on a traeger for 1 year, because I was living in a camper after hurricane michael hit tyndal afb. This may not be normal for them but was my experience.

I have traveled to many states and tried BBQ at various restaurants, and I would say this is the best BBQ I’ve ever had in the U.S. I highly recommend the brisket, boneless ribs, grilled chicken, and the brisket burger, dirty Mac and cheese — they’re all amazing. Be honest, everything I ordered was so delicious.

The food is pretty good! Owner is super kind and accommodating! Apparently, he usually gets fresh meat and the ones he usually uses was out so our brisket was a Wagyu beef! We were so lucky My husband says it tastes heavenly!
I also LOVE the cornbread!!
They also built a little shack at the side for seating, which is nice, but it does get cold even with 2 heaters on
