I had the best experience dining here about a week ago. The whole staff (Michelle, Ash, Sarah, and Tony) were very welcoming from the start! My friends and I had Michelle as our waitress and she was so great! She was friendly and helpful with any questions about the menu. This is definitely my most favorite Waffle House!! Thank you all for such a great time and I look forward to coming back again soon! 🙂

One of the nicer waffle house locations I have been to as a Florida native. The staff were friendly and food was served promptly. There were a group of rowdy teenagers but once they left it was more peaceful. Tables could be cleaner, overall a good quick stop on a trip.

Mrs. Bobbie and her teammate truly delivered an exceptional experience. With only the two of them managing a dining area of approximately 20–30 guests while also handling takeout orders at 4:00 a.m., they remained composed, attentive, and highly professional. Every customer was acknowledged and cared for with clear communication and outstanding service. This level of dedication and teamwork deserves recognition. An amazing staff and an impressive display of customer service.

They where so busy, food came out quick, but some how my eggs took a little too long for me to get with the time I had so I had to cancel them, the waitress was super apologetic and even cut me a little discount, then the cashier accidently charged me for the eggs, the manager immediately took care of me and again apologized, I wasn’t worried about it at all, the staff was full of life and cheer it didnt even matter!! Even on small mistakes this place still goes above and beyond with their customer service!!

the last 3 times i’ve gone here there’s multiple dirty tables with a strong lack of urgency to seat customers. the only spot “open” was the dirty high tops that hadn’t been wiped down. one girl went outside for a smoke break with they had every table filled plus 3 dirty table. her words she said on the way out were “i’m going outside nobody seat me any customers.” i understand the 2 stars this location has. georgia has a waffle house on just about every corner, so i’d avoid this one at all costs.

The food was good, cooked correctly. The waitress was very polite and did a good job.
However, the place was filthy. Before you say “it’s a waffle house of course it was filthy.” No I have no problem with a busy WH being dirty. We were the only customers for almost an hour. If it is dirty when it is a slow business it is unacceptable. It means the staff are lazy and the managers are also. Every time I have eaten in a Waffle house I seen someone cleaning. Not here.

First time ordering food online from Waffle House. Not familiar with this process when I arrived I immediately indicated I was picking up an order. The white girl behind the counter said rudely “You might want to check that bag right there”. Treated me like I was dumb as her.

I know this place is no five star upscale restaurant but this was worst experience ever. The server was new and she was trying very sweet. The cook however, HORRIBLE attitude. You can see and feel his frustration with her which then spilled over into the food. My meal was supposed to have raisin toast and CHEESE grits the menu literally says that’s how it comes. These grits are disgusting with zero cheese they initially gave me the wrong toast and as I’m asking he rudely just kept “I don’t know” my ONE scrambled egg had shells in it. Needless to say it was a waste of money. Won’t be back to this particular location. At least not at night.
