I normally do not leave pore reviews but this is just ridiculous! Ordered the $9 Deluxe box in the drive thru. Got home and my burritos consist of 2 single tortilla rollups packed in the same wrapper. Tried calling but they don’t answer the phone. Picture posted below.

they are blatantly not drug testing employees now lol. went in to order, the woman at the register is fidgeting and clearly strung out on something – why the manager didn’t fire her/send her home is beyond me. i ask for a taco, she looks at the register for like 30 seconds like she has never seen one before, then tells me slowly “i don’t think…. we have that… here”. i turned around and just walked out, absolute lunacy. never coming back to this location again.

When you only get tortilla and a spoonful of beans. And the tortilla was all dried out and bad. Not good at all! What happened to actually making a burrito? I had same issue with my cheesy gordita crunch. Hardly any insides. Just all tortilla. If I wanted to eat just a tortilla, I would. Absolute waste of money to be skimped out on a meal.

This has got to be the WORST Taco Bell in Texas. Employees always seem to have a terrible attitude. After I brought my food home they forgot half my order, once I actually looked at the receipt I noticed they overcharged me for several items I didn’t ask for as well. Girl in the drive thru was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. Wouldn’t even respond to me saying thank you, have a nice day, or “is this everything?”. Wish I could give 0 stars

There is MOLD/MILDEW ALL OVER THE CEILING WHERE YOU ORDER/WHERE YOUR FOOD IS MADE/WHERE YOU MAKE YOUR DRINKS!! There are major leaks in the ceiling as well.
You can be the only person in here, you will still wait over 10 min for your food- it will be wrong no matter what. Let me elaborate. If you order a T8 ( regular crunchy tacos) you will get Doritos ranch tacos. If you order a taco supreme it will be a plain taco. Or they will leave something out of your order completely. If you order 12 tacos and a nachos- you won’t get your nachos. When you go back to the counter to get this corrected- staff will be very argumentative about it, like it’s not their fault but yours.

The service is bad, the food is horrible and you don’t get what you ordered! Will NEVER go back to that place! I ordered 3 pc Crispy chicken meal with mash potato’s no gravy coleslaw and a biscuit with a soda. Soda was nasty, I was like I’ll drink tea, I get home put my gown on get my dinner open the bag and there was 3 pcs of non crispy greasy chicken, a burnt biscuit hard as a rock, coleslaw and a cup of gravy with no potato’s! The coleslaw was the only thing good! I was pissed! I don’t get to buy fast food very often because of my finances so when I do its a treat, that was no treat! Very Very Unhappy! -5⭐
