What a pleasant surprise!
I happened upon this restaurant while running errands. The aromas filling the shopping center drew me in.
They weren’t open and they were working on a large catering order, but they welcomed me in.
They were so hospitable, it was as if they had welcomed me into their home.
And then the food.
When they walked by to ask me how the food was, all I could say is, “I’m so grateful for you.”
I ordered a falafel wrap, fries with the garlic sauce, a drink, and baklava. *chef’s kiss*
Highly recommend.

Was having high hopes for it, but at times it did disappoint to being bland, like it was missing something, the meat, the rice… overall still a good experience, the garlic sauce does the trick to even it out a little bit and spice up the flavours on the meat a little bit. Will try it one more time too see if I could change my opinion on the dish.

Such a breath of fresh air! Being surrounded by unhealthy fast food, this is such a wonderful change of scenery. The meat is made to order and the sides are all so appealing. There is such a great variety of healthy sides you could pair with your order and you can’t go wrong with whichever you choose. I loved seeing that they had beets as an option from the side. The hummus tastes house made and when you paid that with the freshly baked pita, it’s a delicious experience.

I have been familiar with Mediterranean cuisine for a very long time. The establishment’s team clearly follows the traditions of this region. With your own unique handwriting. This is a big plus! The service is polite and attentive. The dishes are always fresh, tasty, juicy and interesting. First time coming to this restaurant. Me and my family came from Canada and never seen anything like this. There’s always someone cleaning so the place is really clean. The food is really good and well made. I recommend the grilled options the most like the beef kabob. I hope something like this opens in Canada and I will definitely come back

I ended up getting beef instead. The food was surprisingly good. The beef was delicious. The rice was fluffy and aromatic. I tried ezme for the first time and it was amazing. All the flavors seemed to complement eachother.
There was a pretty long line when I got there.
They weigh the meat rather than measure it. This takes much longer.
They are difficult to hear and they have difficulty hearing the customers.
This place could be much more efficient.
But most importantly they should have lamb.

The customer service is terrible. It can take hours for them to prepare and deliver your order, and in the end, they somehow make it your fault. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes, they try to blame the customer.
We waited 45 minutes for two beef plates and one wrap. Even after reminding them multiple times, they kept saying “beef takes time.” However, after the two beef plates were finally served, we had to wait just as long for the wrap.
Additionally, when you select “no rice / substitute something else” in the system, it does not show any extra charge, but at the register they charge you extra anyway. This was not explained properly.
The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. And place is not clean at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place. Taste was okay price was affordable.

This place had pretty good food. But ordering wasn’t annoyance. The people in the bag didn’t hear very good or didn’t understand. They gave us the wrong order. We told The person who’s ringing us that that doesn’t look right. She gave us an attitude and then finally fixed it. That was pretty annoying. But whatever. I guess everyone has a bad day once in awhile. However the three dishes we got one of them was not so good but the other two are very good. The chicken has very good flavor but it’s a bit dry. I will talk to visit them again and if they do better than I will update this.

Amazing restaurant in USA! Friendly staff, excellent service, and very clean environment. The mix grill, lamb karahi, chicken masala, chicken tikka, pulao rice, and fresh naan were all full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended!
