Wouldn’t write negative reviews eventhough the portion of the food is somewhat 50% less than the locations near our house and most dishes are empty given near closing time but the young lady (look like Mexican) who scoped the foods for us on 02/28 was a super grumpy employee. Owner you need to review your camera between 7-8pm that night to see how this employee treating customers orders. She should go find a new job if this job is too stressful for her, super poor customer service out of a ton of Panda Express we ever been too!

I truly want to take the time to write an amazing review about Alexa. I’m a tom ford pro MUA & Alexa never disappoints, every single time I got to order my protein plate while I’m visiting the mall for work or just simply going I always see her working her hardest! I’m telling you the line will be wrap around & she’s the only one working the line and being so fast & efficient and soooo respectful. She’s a literal sweet heart that truly deserves recognition! She’s always sooo nice to me and other customers. She works amazing under pressure and knows how to get the job done! & she does not mess up your order at all!! Keep it up Alexa ♥️ her work style is going to get her soooo far in life . Keep being the positive women you are Alexa you shine so bright!

Visited the Panda Express in Bellevue Mall on the 2nd floor. It uses the mall parking lot which was inconvenient today since there an event that they were preparing for, hence blocking off a big park of the parking garage. What stood out was that they have their own restroom separate from the general mall restrooms. This is a nice plus. Service during this visit wasn’t as efficient as I’d hoped, and the seating area could have been cleaner. Still, I was able to grab my food, eat, and get out without too much hassle.

Efficient: No
First-Time Friendliness: Yes
Would I Return: Yes

If you’re a DoorDash driver and you receive a Panda Express order placed through the Panda Express app — congratulations. You’ve hit the jackpot.

Here’s how it works:
Take the customer’s food, immediately mark the order as “delivered,” and enjoy a free meal with zero consequences.

Worried the customer might contact support? Don’t be. Panda Express will gladly stand on your side.

First, the customer is told to “wait one business day” for a response — which never comes.
If they follow up, they’re told to wait a week — still no response.
Eventually, once the customer stops being patient, support claims the issue was “carefully reviewed” and denies the refund.

And if the customer thinks escalating to a higher-level manager will help — it won’t.
The system is flawless. Unquestionable.

The “review team” will carefully review what appears to be a well-documented case and still reject it. No explanation, no accountability, and no one with the authority to do anything about it.

Why? Because apparently, a driver picking up food, instantly marking it delivered, and providing no photo at all is considered perfectly reasonable.
The customer questioning this, however, is just “causing trouble.”

A truly impressive system: drivers get free food, customers get nothing, and Panda Express keeps the money.

There were only about 6 ppl in front of me, but it took about 25min to get my food, and it was upsettingly mediocre. Fried rice didn’t taste much like fried rice and beef and broccoli was ok. The new chicken option had good flavours but the chicken texture was off

I’ve been to Panda Express a good amount of times, but this was my first time at this location. I decided to opt for a healthy option this time and got mixed greens with teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef.

This actually surprised me at how solid it was.
I thought the base could’ve been better, as the broccoli tasted a bit undercooked, and was kind of hard to bite through. If it was cooked for longer, and seasoned with literally anything, I think this dish could’ve been significantly improved. This was especially the case since this meal ends up just being mostly broccoli. I do love the portion size of the greens though, as it basically fills up the whole bowl.

The best part of this meal were the meats, however
My favorite of the two was the beef, as it was super tender and really flavorful. I thought it was surprisingly soft and juicy coming from a fast food place, especially since I’ve had way worse beef in much fancier restaurants. I also thought the chicken was impressively juicy with a great exterior.
The one thing I do wish on the chicken was that it was cut into smaller pieces, as it’s just not easy to cut it with the plastic forks they provide. At least provide plastic knives!

In terms of the sauce, I liked its presence, as it was able to coat the broccoli, but I did think the teriyaki was missing that sweet flavor which should be present. It tasted more like a sauce that was there to add wetness and slight soy-sauce-ness rather than to impart a distinctive flavor

For the price of around $10, this portion size was pretty excellent – especially when you consider that I could’ve gotten a massive bowl of noodles + orange chicken + honey shrimp and it would’ve been the same price as well

Overall, I liked this meal and found the meat surprisingly good for the price. 8/10

Panda Express offers a quick fix for Chinese-American cuisine cravings, with signature dishes like Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. The flavors are bold and satisfyingly sweet, though not entirely authentic. Portions are generous, making it a good value for casual dining. While consistency varies by location, it’s a reliable choice for comfort food on the go.

Be careful when checking out. The woman at the register tried to charge me for the larger plate instead of the smaller one I ordered, and seemed unbothered when I pointed it out. It would’ve been an extra $5—not a huge amount on its own, but if that happens to multiple customers, it adds up.

After I paid, she literally just walked away—didn’t bag my food, didn’t hand it to me, nothing. I also tried to pay with cash, and there were no signs saying they don’t accept cash; she just said, “oh I don’t do cash.”

I understand they were busy, but overall it felt like the employees couldn’t care less about the experience. I guess that’s what you might expect from fast-food Chinese, but it was still disappointing.

Panda is a dependable meal no matter where you go. The food was hot and fresh. The service was perhaps not super friendly and they seemed pressured despite not being super busy when I arrived. I requested my food to go and when I asked for a bag, the person helping seemed put out, threw my container in the bag, and handed it to me so that the container tipped to the side and then leaked all through the bag. If bags are an issue since they are plastic maybe consider switching to paper? This Panda was in the mall but had some seating in its space at the mall.

Came on a Sunday around lunch, queue out the door, very inefficient service, shoutout to Alexa who was doing 90% of the service, scooping food taking orders and working hard while one guy was just doing basically payments and another person was on his lunch. You guys definitely need to sort that out

Food was OK
