I just want to say this pizza hut has gone down. I used to love ordering from here, but seems like now things have changed. We just ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese bread sticks. Plus personal pans. The stickers were burnt and the pizza is tough. Cheese was hardly melted and the pizza didn’t have no flavor to it no more..Everybody that has posted or commented on here I understand. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I can’t even star this. Then to spend like $53 and not get to enjoy what we paid for. That just does not sit right. When you know better, do better. Ugh.

We go very regularly to get their 2 for 20$ pizza deal and it’s usually very good, but tonight was a unique exception. It was one of the busiest nights I’ve ever seen. While we were waiting for a bit, William was fantastic – I was a little cranky and out of it from working a double, and he made sure to accommodate and apologize for the wait in spite of it. Considering the lack of staff and the absurd rush- our food was somehow perfect. Wonderful work!

Ordered a Big Dinner Box and was disappointed. The pizza didn’t match the usual style and seemed stale and flat, like it had been sitting out even though I ordered in person. The wings weren’t mixed well and I wasn’t given any dipping sauce. The only thing that stood out positively were the breadsticks.
Not the standard I’ve come to expect.

The pizza hut at this particular location lacks proper customer service as they tend to get easily frustrated over simple matters such as a malfunctioning bank card or indecisiveness in pizza selection. It has become a recurring issue and customers are advised to thoroughly check their order before leaving as the staff may not take responsibility for any missing items. The negative reviews on Google accurately reflect the poor service at this establishment, with my personal experience being a cold meal and an excessive 2-hour wait time for a supposedly quick meal. Additionally, the staff seems to have difficulty understanding customer requests regarding their desired pizza.

I love Pizza Hut. I hate leaving a bad review but my experience was pretty bad. Our pizza seemed half cooked. One side was kinda cooked. The other wasn’t really at all. Cheese wasn’t even melted.

I called the store, manager. He told me he would refund me or send me a new pizza. I chose the new pizza. Unfortunately the new one never showed up. I then attempted to call the store 3 times to get a refund only to be put on hold. 2 of which someone hung up the phone.

Love Pizza Hut but this one isn’t right.

Pizza Hut on merchants. The manager tried to tell me this is not raw. She was a super sweet girl, but this is very raw. One of her employees came over there and said that is definitely raw. I hope I don’t get sick.

I was hosting for a group of friends. I preorder in the Pizza Hut app at 8am to have the order placed at 6:15pm. I ordered 3 large pizzas, 1 medium pizza, and wings the order was close to $70 for delivery. One pizza needed a different sauce due to one person not being able to eat tomato base items, so I ordered the large hand toss garlic Parmesan sauce with chicken,green peppers, and mushrooms. The order gets delivered at 6:21pm which was great time because it was predicted to be delivered at 6:40pm. Off course the 1 pizza that needs a different sauce is made with the wrong sauce. The chicken wings are over cooked and crunchy, the large pepperoni pizza is over cooked and dry. I call the local store number to at least get the pizza with the wrong sauce replaced. When I call the local store number a call center picked up the call and I told them the problem with the one pizza and was told they would transfer me to the store. I spend the next 35 minutes being transferred within the call center that is based in Miami, Fl because the store does not pick up!!! After 6 different people in the call center has spoken with me and told me the same thing they say sorry here is the corporate number because we don’t know what the stores phone problem is. I call corporate, and the lady tells me she is deeply sorry that my order that I paid for is incorrect and I can not get assistance in fixing the order. She will have management call me in the next 1-3 business days with a solution!!!!! Are you serious!!! All I wanted was one pizza to be replaced so ALL my guest could eat and instead 1 will not get to eat pizza because it will take 1-3 business days to get management to local store!!!!!! Over half my order is unsatisfactory but I’ll have to wait for 1-3 business days for a solution!!!! Hopefully the rest of guest will like large super supreme and 1 medium pan pepperoni and mushroom pizza!!! Just to update: I did the email as requested by owner, called office,called corporate and guess what NOTHING! No one has reached out to make this right

Really turned into the Hood Pizza Hut….. Ordered two separate cheese breads only received one went back and asked about the second one and they proceeded to gaslight me saying that it was all one and they were 5 pieces per when the online order said 10 per order. My receipt even said 2 item count and had paid for two separate breads, obviously. Was in a rush and didn’t feel like arguing over $8 they would’ve just spat in it had I of asked them to make it anyway….

I ordered directly from Pizza Hut because I expected it to be delivered by Pizza Hut, well they sent me a message after it was ordered and said it was being delivered by Door Dash. I’ve had issues with Door Dash before and purposely chose not to order through them.
I kept getting messages that Lyando was having trouble finding my address, really? It’s a Holiday Inn 5 minutes from Pizza Hut, and my instructions said Holiday Inn and my room number.
I called the driver and as soon as the phone answered they would hang up, I call twice, same issue.
I then get a message from Door Dash stating that the driver has handed the pizza off to me, this is a lie. I immediately texted the driver and asked where the pizza was, well the didn’t respond until 40 minutes later. It seems the driver left it on the front desk and walked out, the clerk had no idea who it was for. I finally tracked it down and of course it was cold.
So, I have no idea who could’ve opens it, touched it or what ever since there is t any type of seal on the box.
My second issue is, someone called me from the store while the pizza was being made and said they didn’t have the soft drink I ordered and what else would I like? I said just give me a water, and then was informed they didn’t have water, I asked what they had and there were three choices, nothing I wanted, I told them to just cancel the order because of the Door Dash delivering it and the soft drink issue. He told me they couldn’t cancel an order , so I reluctantly chose a drink and then he hung up on me.
On top of that, I gave a large tip hoping for good service , my mistake.

I have been a loyal Pizza customer for 40 years, this incident will most likely end that.

I ordered the box deal and it comes with 4 boneless wings.
I think they missed a couple.
I called back and asked if I could send a picture to them to show. He puts me on hold to discuss the matter and unfortunately there’s nothing they can do… REALLY??
I’M A PAYING CUSTOMER AND WASNT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER. Unfortunately, I won’t be calling back. Not that Pizza Hut cares, they’re a multi-million dollar company.
The guy I spoke to was nice.

Also, I got the cinnamon rolls for a whopping $ 7.99 absolutely price gouged at its best.. the pan is smaller than the microwave dinner you get for a dollar or two at most.

*UPDATE : This was nearly 5 months ago….
I did exactly what Pizza Hut asked me to do, and
They did absolutely NOTHING!
