I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance due to not wanting to drive all the way to Jackson . Tonight was the lastttt straw! It’s a shame how much restaurants don’t care about the quality of food they are serving the public. This location should really be shut down!!!

I ordered at the drive-thru right after lunch they don’t have enough money to break up a large bill I had to go to the gas station next door to break the bill and then I had to go back into Burger King had to rewait for them to make my food I ordered four burgers a housey’s and a large sweet tea She handed me a large unsweet tea and then when I sold her it wasn’t sweet she’s going to tell me to add sugar packets to my already iced cold tea that’s ridiculous they’re walking around like they’re half frozen to death they’re barely even crab crawl moving and you got people trying to get their stuff and get to work and it’s it’s just ridiculous I will not be coming back to this Burger King and I will not encourage anybody to die in your either

The customer service inside by the girl taking your order was absolutely horrible and rude. Stood at the counter for atheist 10 min until the drive through windows girl saw me and ask me if I’ve been helped. The girl working the register threw my bag of food on the counter and gave me a nasty look even after I told her have a nice day. She was mad because she didnt know how to give correct change back because my bill was $12.48 , I gave here $23.00 because I wanted a $10.00 bill back not a bunch of singles. And I had to explain that to her. Wasn’t rocket science. Simple math. This generation only knows Facebook, tik tok. And likes. But simple math to survive ain’t it. Anyways I must be the bad guy cause I got and attitude. Or maybe it was a race thing. Who knows. Also the place had trash everywhere by the fountain drinks, with no lids hardly except on the floor. And when I first walked in, the was a guy practically sleeping in the booth, and I guy with his dirty socks and slides all over the chairs. Common BK, can’t you do better??? At least the cook had gloves on handling the food. Bottom line have somebody nicer taken the orders and knows how to use their brain when it comes to math

Here is your wake up call to stop eating fast food. The funny thing is I was just saying that Burger King had decent food despite the popular consensus from people. This, as well as my relative getting sick after eating fast food this week, makes it safe to say that they don’t care about what they put in the food or how it’s made. Sure, the food’s already bad for you, but this slips things further into dangerous territory. No quality checks, no care for public safety. This was the last straw for me. I’ll be cooking from now on.

It was Burger King. Every once in awhile I’ll try a random one because as a teenager I used to love the chicken sandwich. I’m not sure if my tastebuds have changed or I just grew up. It’s never the place I remember. What I do remember is You get it YOUR WAY. Well I did not get my chicken sandwich my way. When your traveling and in the drive thru, you get what you get. The customer service was just as expected. Will I give Burger King another try. Absolutely, about 2 years down the road in a random town. Always chasing the perfect chicken sandwich from 1983!!

So, my friend girl and I just went through the drive through and we ordered a chicken sandwich, onion rings, a king jr meal-a cheeseburger with only lettuce, pickles and cheese. Well, when we got our food, the cheeseburger was not correct. They charged me for extra lettuce and they added ketchup and mustard. Basically, it was not correct. So, we pulled up and parked and went inside to ask them to please fix the cheeseburger. The lady said that she couldn’t do anything to fix it bc she had to go by what the receipt said. We asked for her manager. The manager said the same thing and said that we had to buy another cheeseburger! What?? I don’t think so. I ordered it correctly -the way my friend wanted it. It’s not my fault that they messed it up on the receipt. We asked for her to call her manager and she said she would not do that. She asked what it would take for us to just leave. My friend said to give her the correct cheeseburger and we’d be happy to leave. While they were fixing the second burger, we could hear them making racial slurs about us “stupid white people.” We got our correct order in our hands and then told them we didn’t appreciate the racial remarks they made and I told them that I was going to post about how ugly they were to us today. So, don’t waste your time going to this Burger King in Clinton, MS. The food was not even any good today. My food was cold and my friend’s food was not right.

It was pretty awful. The staff is rude, the wait is long, blunt roaches and black and milds from staff are everywhere outside where they make you wait for your cold soggy food. I assume the ones sitting in the window, they were saving for later. The girl working the counter seemed annoyed that she had to take orders and had hands so dirty that it left black marks all over the cups that she filled. Drinks were either wrong, came in a mix of sizes although the same meal was ordered and some had no ice. All drinks were dirty, spilling over the edges and tops were not fastened. Request to cancel order and get money back was ignored and food was brought out anyway. Then the request was denied completely because “we already brought the food to you.” We tried to make the best of it and reqeusted sauces for the the meals. The girl purposely poked her fingernails in them before handing them over. We payed almost $50 for this experience. We tried to get help before leaving and were ignored. We tried to call multiple times after leaving as well. They either do not answer at all or the pick up and hang up right away. Drinks, fries and some burgers were not edible. Definitely won’t be back.

The bun was dry and flat, not fluffy, which can happen when it sits out for a while.The cheese didn’t look very melted or fresh..it was firm and stuck to the bun. Normally, cheese on a hot burger would be glossy and softened..The patty was a bit dry and dark around the edges, which can happen if it was cooked earlier and reheated, or if it sat under a warmer too long. This is sickening & a major health hazard ! they should close this place down , this isn’t the first time I’ve received stale food from this stood via door dash .. you wouldn’t eat it so why in the hell would you try to feed /give it to your customers . ?
