Stop on a trip up north and got a bite to eat. Jessica who was working at the the time was perfect. service skills. Communication and prompt service. At the time I order 4 potatoes cakes and 5 chicken strips. Well the person in the back missed understood being that they was soon to close. Bc I order 3 at 1st then changed it to 5. Well I only got 3 and she made it right. Thank you Jessica we need more servers like you. Keep up the great work. Oh and it’s a truck stop as well.

We live 5 miles away and this location messed up an online order, receipt clearly says large for both meals. They forgot the straws, and 4 cheese sauces that we paid for. $27.00 meal first time stopping here. I call immediately when we got home to let them know. Of course no body answers the phone. Horrible customer service. Recommend do not go.

Service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and hot and tasted great. Only 4 stars for the atmosphere because the condiments were not working and place could be swept.

Good to see new menu items being added. They forgot the steak nuggets. There were burnt bits in the curly fries and the curly fries were hard. Jalapeno poppers tasted sour. Slow. The soda was good though.

We were the only people in the drive through at 11:30 and waited over 20 minutes for our food. Only took two bites of our sandwich because it was cold. When we asked where are order was they informed us they had just put the apple desserts in and it would be another 7 minutes. Pretty poor service and pretty poor attitudes from the employees. We are Arby’s fans, but I’d skip this one.

Good food can be a bit pricey for a lager family. Store is in one end of a travel center right off the highway. If you stick to the special deals you can keep the cost down. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean. Definitely a step above normal fast food. They do share the restrooms with the travel side of the gas station. Overall not a bad place to stop and grab a quick meal.

Was here at 2 oclock on Wednesday 2-11. The lady taking the orders was very rude and not helpful just hurried through to get you out. Out of a bunch of products. Never asked if wanted a desert item.

I gave it one star because after the girl walked past the counter and said she would take my order in just a moment. I did not realize that she meant she was going behind where the cooks are to flirt with them for the next 10 to 15 minutes.. I got tired of standing there waiting so I just left but I assume if that’s how the customer service is that’s also how the food would’ve been
