We just came through the drive through and had an amazing experience. The manager on duty I believe her name was Cathy was extremely helpful, she took the time to thoroughly explain the menu to us. Her coworker Daisy was very nice. You can tell this place has a great work environment. Great food Great service!!

This was my first time visiting chicken Express in about 10 years since a bad experience but after coming to this location, I will definitely start frequenting it again. I went between 5:15-5:30 approximately and the young gentleman with braces (I don’t know his name) was very personable and polite when he took my order and even recommended a dessert which I declined. Not only was the service amazing, the new spicy chicken tenders were so delicious! They were fresh, just out of the grease and juicy with a nice little kick complimented by the delectable crinkle fries with just the right amount of salt. And to wash it all down was a large cup of their signature sweet tea. What a great experience, and it really made my day.

Upset because I came 3 times in the last few months and it’s been a fresh and great but this last time im very upset. My food was cold I also received less than what I ordered and my chicken wasn’t even a full chicken some fell apart in the box. I wasn’t in a position to go back because I needed something quick to make it to an appointment on time. I spend $21 on a 7 piece tender meal.

I have absolutely no idea why this location doesn’t have 5 stars. From now on when I want chicken express I’m going to this location, this was the best chicken express meal I’ve had in years. I wasn’t even done filling up my drink and my food was already ready, granted, I was one of maybe five people in the dining room at the time but regardless my food was HOT and FRESH, and oh my good goodness….IT WAS SO GROOD!!!(Grood = Great & Good) Wow, if I wasn’t so full right now I would order more! The staff was extremely nice as well, but I would assume that’s because I was polite to them, just a reminder: YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE. SO BE NICE TO YOUR FELLOW MAN…and WOMAN.

My experience all though brief was poor
Picking up my Uber order and leaving with a cup of ice in my personal cup. 100° out side was charged for a cup of ice.
Looking at me like that of a thief for a cup of ice….
Charged me 27 cents.
Do they charge everyone that works there?Or works for them for ice.
Everywhere else I deliver for offers free drinks or water.
As a result of the poor service for your delivery driver.
I write you A poor review.
Maybe in the future you treat your delivery drivers better.
Maybe offer us a drink instead of charging us for a cup of ice.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my Uber Eats order. Given that delivery drivers are restricted from verifying the contents of sealed bags, the responsibility for order accuracy rests solely with the restaurant. Despite paying premium prices and additional service fees, neither party has taken accountability for this error. I am requesting a full resolution for the missing/incorrect items immediately.

I spent $17.31 on a 7 tender box and received tiny chicken tenders. (I am 5’ tall, my hand is not that big. See photos. That’s a nugget!)
I asked to buy another roll. It was 75¢. I gave the guy $1 and he asked if I wanted my change back. Umm. It’s 2024 grocery prices are insane. Yes, I want my change back. I can use that quarter in my shopping cart at Aldi. Plus, I went through a drive through not a sit down restaurant. Give me my change back, please and don’t put me on the spot by asking. You want your money, I want mine.
Do better Chicken Express on SW Loop 820 in Ft. Worth! Have pride in the quality of food you are serving and customer service you are delivering.

1st time to this establishment and wasn’t sure what to expect. Ordered 2 combos. The gizzards were good and freshly made. The chicken was a little over crispy and oily for my liking but flavor was good. The Mac and cheese is not preferred. The potatoes and gravy were decent. The signs everywhere says that it’s .50c/ sauce packet. There I’d also a sign that says that they “ID any debit/credit transaction” but that was far from what happens. The staff who greeted me was nice but not attentive. I probably will not return

I came in close to closing time and they fried fish for me. Actually, the cook turned the fryer off and at the manager’s direction, he turned the fryer on again and fried the pieces I ordered.
The manager went beyond and I had more than I planned on eating. It was a little overcooked but I remember working in a restaurant and we couldn’t wait to get off each night. I thanked her profusely for going the extra mile.
I dont always go to Chicken Express and I typically stay away close to closing time, but tonight was quite a refreshing experience. I’ll be back, just long before closing time!
