I came here leading a service group trip, and the restaurant accommodated all of our needs and requests with ease and kindness. The food was prompt and delicious, especially the chicken and broccoli alfredo! Our waitress, Carmen, went above and beyond for us. She was truly amazing, with attentive service throughout our entire meal, and she assisted us with allergies and helped explain some of the dishes. Definitely seems like a local gem that I cannot recommend enough for anyone traveling through the area looking for a good meal with great portions and tons of options. We will definitely be recommending our future trips to come to the restaurant again. Thank you Carollo’s for a great experience!

Used to get food from here a lot when I worked across the street and always liked it. Although we live farther and had my daughter’s birthday in Berlin, I still inquired about catering here instead of places closer. I’m really happy I did, everyone said how much they loved the food and many made sure to take left overs. We were able to feed all 65 of our guests and still had more. The gentleman Tim that helped my husband with the order was extremely helpful with taking the order, pick up and following up with everything. I would recommend anyone catering their event here.

Been eating from this place since I was first able to eat solid food (I grew up down the street) and it’s unfortunately gone downhill since around the pandemic. I believe someone may have left, as for a couple years the food would be hit or miss depending on the day. For the past year every time I ordered was a miss.
specifics:
1: pizza is consistently way too soft / doughy compared to how it was before.
2: frequently the seasoning is done clearly without care, my most recent pizza order had whole cloves of garlic (whole cloves!!!) and the sauce was sweeter than Lunchables pizza sauce.
3: employees frequently have hit or miss attitudes. One employee in particular used to be very rude but, now it just seems like many of them are just trying to get through their shift. I don’t appreciate the fella who vapes constantly.
I know this review is incredibly harsh but, I really want this place to do well, it was at one point my go to restaurant. I can also speak as someone, that used to fulfill supply orders for this place through US Foods, that they use quality ingredients and always have. Mainly I think they just need to work on their consistency, and maybe pay somebody a couple more bucks or something. It’s a nice, clean, affordable restaurant I’d put up against anywhere on its best days.
I would definitely update this review to be singing praises if I observed real positive changes.

We were there yesterday for my wife’s birthday and it was great. Food was excellent. The server was great as there were 15 of us and she had other tables. Didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

Used to always get decent food but my last 2 orders have been horrible. Margarita pizza with the most watery sauce and cheese that isn’t quite melted and slides off the pie. Extremely annoying to eat. Burger that was so burnt it was gross. Idk if they got a new chef but it’s been pretty bad.

I really haven’t been in here for more than ten years. With the crazy holiday traffic, this is very local for me so I thought why not! Oh my – they have improved and the pizza is stellar. One day was a slice of buffalo pizza. Not my usual at all. Few days later I went for the personal seafood pizza. WOW very unexpected delight. The tables have tablecloths. Nice touch. It’s clean. Staff is friendly.

Shout out to the manager who was working on December 30th, I think his name is Tim. We had a small issue with our delivery and I called just to let him know about it in a nice way. He was very nice, professional and rectified it better than I expected. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Carollo’s did a fantastic job! Thanks and Happy New Year!!

This is our favorite restaurant & a one off situation. I understand new employees have to be trained but don’t do it on a Saturday night. We ordered a Salad w Blu Chz x2 dressing cheesesteak w fried onions & kids chicken fingers w ff. What we recieved was Salad w 1 dressing, a full size chicken fingers & FF, side of FFs and a dry steak sandwich. The total was way more than we normally paid bc the order was incorrect & when I ordered via phone to pick up I was informed I could not use my credit card until I came in to pick it up. My husband was paying w his card before he left for work so I ended up paying w cash & was so embarrassed bc I wasn’t expecting it to be $50 & barely had enough for a tip. Regardless of the new employees mistakes there is still an employee packing that order and deserves a tip. DO NOT TRAIN ON BUSY NIGHTS!! Their food is usually so on point.

Carollo’s has that old time Pizzaria feel, but in an upscale atmosphere. We popped in to grab lunch, tried a Cheesesteak, pizza and fries. The fries were perfectly cooked, crispy, not burnt, the pizza had a great sauce to it, just do yourself a favor and get it a little well done, and the Cheesesteak was about par for what you normally see. Good meat, on an amorso type roll, but all in all, my wife and I enjoyed it.
