The food at The Juicy Crab is really good, and the service is even better. The servers are very friendly and make sure you’re taken care of the whole time. The restaurant is clean, and they make sure your table area is cleaned before your food comes out, which I really appreciated. The food comes out in a decent amount of time, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! If I could give 0 STARS, I would. It was not good service and an extreme long wait with no rush from the staff. We went to this establishment tonight and there were only a few people inside. We were seated immediately with a party of 4. They had an abundance of workers. We placed our food and drink orders with a young waitress (never got her name just she was sort of new). It took 45 minutes to receive 4 drinks (2 waters, 1 coke and 1 beer) & one appetizer (fried green beans). It then took another 30 minutes before they brought out 2 of the ordered entrees. When we asked where the rest of the food was, the waitress stated she did not know. It took 3 people (our unknown waitress, Mrs. Kim & Mrs. Barbara) to figure out the missing 3 order items and another hour and a half to get the rest of the food delivered to our table. The lady Mrs. Kim stated she went to make our remainder food personally. By this time we were done with it all. Getting drinks was crazy because no one was manning the bar and our waitress would Not check on the table and never had an answer to our questions, she would just look.A gentleman came to the bar and asked if everything was ok or if I was needing anything (head cook Mr.Corey) I told him about us missing food. I later ordered a sprite when someone came to the bar it was flat so I took it back to tell them. I swapped for a orange soda and it tasted like dirty filter so I returned it as well. The response from our waitress was another customer complained about the sprite and another worker said it has been issues with the bar soda drinks. I told the lady (Mrs. Kim) I would just like a orange instead. They looked for a can soda but realized they had none. The orange soda tasted like dirty filter. I returned and stated you all need to try the sodas to see what we taste. Overall we were told that they do not have enough equipment to cook All the food. That was still no excuse for the non communication, extremely late food and lack there of everything. We later found out the lady that was very helpful to assist us and figure things out (Mrs. Kim) although dressed in uniform did not work there anymore, she was there helping for Free to assist them with being behind. This is crazy no one should work for free and she definitely needs to be commended for helping work it all out. A simple
Dining experience took over 3 hour’s. In the end getting the bill was not even quick. But after 30 minutes (Mrs. Barbara the manager and Mrs. Kim) finally figured it out. The owner an oriental gentleman in a ball cap was there the entire time and never came to assist make right or do anything even he just looked. The God in us stayed and endured to pay the bill but the other side in me really wanted to say screw this and walk out.
Not to mention other tables came after us and got food but everyone was missing items.
Mrs. Kim thank you but never work for free especially when they don’t appreciate you.
Mr. Corey thank you for trying to help.
Mrs. Barbara thank you for finally figuring out the tab.
Owner you should have come to the table to say something it is your business that people are coming to. You should also watch what you tell your employees to say to Patrons. Because patrons is what keeps your doors open and bills paid.
This is not a good franchise location overall. Too many issues!!!!!!

I went on Valentine’s Day for my 2nd time and the food was so delicious. The servers are friendly and fast to get your order. They gave use a gift that know I will surely use. Pricing is far for the amount of food you get. We will definitely return.
