Usually it’s okay at this Taco Bell… But some nights, like tonight, they were definitely not paying much attention to their food prep. The good thing is I only bought two taco Supremes, but these are far from supreme. Ugh.

I love the Lux boxes but I do have one complaint. I am diabetic. You have unsweetened ice tea at the drink bar but you don’t have any non sugar sweetener. I end up having to bring my own. Isn’t that being just a little to cheap? Expected better of Taco Bell.

Sometimes fast food restaurants have a reputation of not giving the best customer service, but that is not true of this location. I have never interacted with nicer employees than when I come to this specific Taco Bell. And my order is always right! Give everybody a raise.

Went in to get Baja Blast pie. Not on kiosk menu. No humans near counter to ask about it. Everyone going crazy to handle drive through. Left with no purchase. Popeyes was a great meal.

Sorry, but I have to change this review. This week, instead of adding the double stack taco to a Lux box you (probably corporate) made it disappear from the menu completely. Shame on you. I guess it’s back to T-Flats, as they still have the double stack tacos.

The robot in the drive through is demonic. I do not trust her or the executives who thought it was a good idea. The people are the only thing that make this location worth going to. Otherwise stay away until they get rid of the robot.

The lady working the one side of the line by herself at 1:30 on 9/30 made my cheesey bean and rice burritos perfectly. Everything was evenly spread, hot, and rolled up perfectly. And it only took literally about a minute.

I come here often and I enjoy it. It’s a decent amount of food for the price.
But, yesterday I had a pretty bad customer experience. I had an order where I asked for a side of nacho cheese but it wasn’t given to me with my order. I went up to the counter and I asked them for the side of nacho cheese since it hadn’t come with my food. I wasn’t upset because I know how it can be working fast food. However, the people working there got upset at me. They told me to bring them my taco and show them the inside. They said that they put nacho cheese in it. For one, I didn’t ask for nacho cheese on my taco, but what’s more is that there wasn’t any on it anyway. They were practically calling me a liar and were visibly upset and acted sarcastically to me. I just sat down because I didn’t want to have to deal with them just over a side.
I finished eating and before I left I took a picture of them. The one who acted like that with me is the one in the back of the picture. She’s been working here a while.
