We have been shopping here for many years and have always had a decent experience until today. Went in to buy a bottle of Eagle Rare bourbon. Apparently the old lady there this day didn’t know us so she refused to sell us a bottle because it is only sold to select customers. Since when can paying customers be refused a product because they are not elite customer. Keep in mind, my husband had bought Eagle Rare at this location many many times. However since this lady didn’t know him she refused to let him buy a bottle. Very very poor customer service. Will definitely be going elsewhere from this point on. Unbelievable!

Friendly down to Earth staff. Helpful and polite. Only had trouble from one lady here because she would not help me look for a certain bottle but I went back the next day and the lady that was there was very helpful in finding just what I had ask for. DEPENDS ON WHO IS WORKING THERE. The rude lady must not like her job. She knows who she is too. Thanks Y’all!!!!

Selection is great. Came in a few days ago, was there at least 10 minutes with 2 friends. One forgot her mask so just held her shirt over her face (yes i get the mask rule.!) The attendant didn’t say anything until after i checked out and my other friend (who was wearing a mask) was putting her things on the counter she proceeded to announce the other had to leave because she didn’t have a mask…. again i get it!! Buuuuut literally (yes i pointed it out) there was a young guy in the office with the door open just feet from me not wearing a mask. Her excuse, he’s in the office, and he’s doing training! Ummmm how is that different from my friend covering her face with her shirt.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been there but they had exactly what I was looking for the lady was very helpful and it brought back memories and it helps me with the pain I have so that I don’t have to take all the medicine that I have to take I don’t drink very often but it also helps me and it helps me if the lady that works for me when they’re off we have just a little drink here and there every night and I took some to my mother I have to relax her also and I will give him a number one ring they were very helpful and it helped me
