We went for the katsu and it didn’t disappoint. We’re recently in Asia and the pork katsu here was every bit as good. The sides were a little different but also very good. A member of our party ordered the eel rice bowl and the said the eel was very fresh and delicious. Excellent service and great value for the price!

This Korean/Japanese restaurant is absolutely amazing. The katsu is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside light, crunchy, and full of flavor. You can really tell everything is made fresh.
The udon is my favorite dish here. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the broth is so comforting and rich without being too heavy. It’s the kind of meal you crave again the moment you’re done.
If you love Korean and Japanese comfort food, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Quaint little ramen place with excellent food! I’ve been here twice and was happy both times. I go for the tonkatsu ramen which is rich and delicious! Their serving sizes are large and they provide a small side dish of ginger. The price is also amazing; especially considering the rising cost of everything. My favourite was my first visit-ironically right around opening. The ramen was extra rich with a smooth broth and soft but chewy noodles. The second time wasn’t bad, but I’d gone during dinner rush and it was packed. I feel like the food seemed rushed this second visit. I reiterate, it wasn’t bad, just not as rich and smooth and the noodles were more stiff. The atmosphere is okay in the location but it is small. There’s adequate space to walk around and it doesn’t feel cramped; however, it’s not super open either. (Especially during dinner rush)
End all be all, this is a place you must visit at least once! The food is good and the prices are fantastic! I would recommend not going during busy times if possible.

I’ve only been here a few times but I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is welcoming, service is kinda fast, food is delicious. I got the rise with udon combo & let’s just say it was a great choice.

IMHO there were primarily white customers filling the seats of this establishment, which should’ve tipped me off despite it being a heavily Asian populated area… with that said, it’s a “good enough” yet underwhelming Ramen shop. Not authentic by any means (I’m Japanese and I’ve visited Japan 3x in the past 5 years). This is definitely one of those restaurants that caters to an American palate, but it lacks the depth and complexity that true Japanese ramen shops pride themselves in. Also, chashu is supposed to be succulent, fall apart, perfectly rendered pork… NOPE. It was gummy, chewy, and difficult to swallow.

Comfortable ramen shop with curry ramen! Tonkotsu was a favorite choice with one spicy Tonkotsu. Lively atmosphere, good music, and good food. Great, casual place and not overly expensive.

This is a very great ramen spot in the New-K Town area! They have a variety of options. From ramen to rice there are multiple options, no matter your taste. If you are ever in Carrollton area you have to come here at some point.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I felt truly welcomed, especially since they kindly greeted our service dog. The food was absolutely delicious, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Went here with three of my new friends after I moved to Dallas. Overall pretty impressed, as we got seated quickly. Parking was a bit tough to find but we went during peak hours. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes ramen.
And for anyone who’s curious, I had a beef udon with a piece of chicken katsu.

We went with the safe option and got shoyu ramen. Came in late and they were really cool about it. They were out of certain items which it completely understandable. This late in the evening and they still had quality ramen this late was a good sign.
Their heavy with the dashi stock in their shoyu which gives it a light and umami flavor while keeping it light with the soy sauce.
The chasu is thin but edges are crispy.
Naruto maki was slightly over cooked.
Egg was medium which fine with my standards.
Noodles were chewy and have a nice bite to it.
Portion sizes were just okay for the price.
Prices have been going up so seeing this still under $15 is nice…. For now.
Worth coming back and trying more options.
Our waiter was friendly and kind this evening. No issues with service.
