If I could give this place a zero rating I would. I ordered an omelette and it had no stuffing in it. There were just toppings so basically I ordered folded eggs. The $10 Belgian waffle was overpriced and undercooked. You could tell that this place was trying to skimp you on your food while charging over price for items. When I asked for the omelette be taken off the bill, the owner copped a huge attitude . It’s not really the food that bothered me so much as the reaction and the treatment of the manager and cook. I didn’t take one bite of the omelette so I asked for a refund at that point. The manager didn’t want to and was very rude about it. The cook stared at me for so long I actually had to ask him if everything is okay and why was he staring at me for so long. I’m assuming his feelings got hurt that his folded eggs we’re not considered an omelette. The place also smelled like urinal cakes. Save your time and money but not going here. There was hardly anybody in there. Now I can see why

I’ve been to Perkins many times in my life while traveling. I was hopeful for this Perkins, but I was a little worried upon arrival. It didn’t seem like the servers and the hostess had their act together at all. Our waitress was very distracted and had some difficulty with our order early on. When in doubt order breakfast. Everyone in our party got breakfast except for two people. The two who didn’t get breakfast ordered the roasted turkey meal with vegetables and a cheeseburger and fries. Everyone seemed really happy with their food so no complaints in the food department. Food seemed fresh and was hot when served. I think maybe the staff was just a little too laid back for my comfort. There should be a certain standard and decorum to a restaurant and its servers. This is just my opinion.

This was my first time here. I was treated very nicely. The food was perfect. I ordered french toast with a side of potatoes. What I got was better. My meal came with french toast, eggs and sasuage (or bacon). I asked if i could have 2 slices instead of 3 and then I asked for breakfast potatoes. The meal was hot. It was fresh. It was delicious. The staff was friendly. They showed me respect and kindness. The restaurant itself is very clean and well organized. For what I ordered the price was perfect. I definitely suggest this place to anyone.

I used to eat here several times a week for lunch and have been here a few times for dinner. This dinner was the worst experience here for sure. I’m giving 2 stars for because of my previous positive experiences. This time though, dispite it being mostly empty the service was horrible and the food wasn’t too good either. There were only 2 occupied tables in her section but our waitress hardly checked on us and we had to stop her to get drinks filled. The waitress also got the food orders wrong and had extra stuff on the bill. The food was over salty and the guacamole on our salad was completely brown.. yes it happens in the air but you don’t expect to get served that in a restaurant. Honestly don’t know if we will be back to this location for dinner anymore because of this experience.

The staff is amazing.. Amanda always calls us by name, Lisa greets with a smile. Pam remembers what we drink.. Marie always comes to greet us with my favorite hug.. they are like family after all the years of going to eat there.. The food is great and the atmosphere is awesome. They look forward to seeing our grandchildren and complimenting them. my grandchildren LOVE to go to Perkins.. they get treated like little adults and the staff “cares” what they say….

Food was on par with the expected Perkins quality. The restaurant was clean and even the pie and cookie compartments were neatly arranged, no crumbs and different utensils were used for the different deserts. The lady that took my walk in to go order was polite and friendly. She has been with the company along time and her pride definitely showed with her service and conversation. Good to see this devotion to the company and she shows working there isn’t just a job! Usually my 5 star is reserved for the high end places, but I was treated as a high end customer in this average priced restaurant. Good Job and will definitely recommend this Perkins and return more frequently.

Good food and great prices. Only downfall was we had the most neurotic waitress on the planet. The rest of the servers are amazing, woulda been five stars were it not for the panic stricken woman who cannot juggle three tables. This coming from a former server.
