It’s Dunkin a Coffee lovers heaven at least mine. Service fast, friendly, courteous staff, best coffee ☕️ ever and the food is great. They have a great menu. Don’t forget your favorite Doughnut Muffis, Bagels so many choices all great.
For me that day, I had an Apple fritter with my Coffee…let’s just say that Fritter loaded with apples oozing out at the first bite followed by that first sip of Coffee…took me to Lord Jesus that’s how good and fresh it was…I had to close my eyes to sever the taste.
The service was great, pleasant with a smile and fast.

Never ordered iced coffee from there before so the 3 of us asked a few questions. It was difficult to understand the gal who was taking our order so we did need her to repeat herself a couple times. Apparanty, this was very amusing to the other two employees as they just laughed continuously with their backs turned to us. We were the only customers in line so you’d think a little help wouldn’t have been a big deal.
Side note…my daughter noticed a fly in the glass display case with the donuts. She, of course, pointed it out to one of the employees immediately! When we left the store after about 15 minutes it was still in the case stuck to one of the braided apple pies.

Customer service just so so. They hardly say hello or Good Morning. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich and instead got a bacon sandwich. I was in my way to work when it was discovered. When I called, I had to leave a message. No way to speak to a person. No one has called me back. Terrible customer service and a waste of money.

If I could give the food zero stars I would. We went on Sunday morning around 8:50 am. Donuts were STALE and had a terrible aftertaste that left a coating in our mouths that coffee and/or water could not get rid of. Had to toss them in the trash. What a waste of $$. Never again.
