Little bit confused you guys brag about being open 24/7 drive-thru is now open at 4:30 in the morning but when you go there at 5:00 in the morning they’re only open for doordash people you’re not allowed to order through the drive-thru. So then why even be open if you’re not serving actual customers you guys are relying on one or two doordash customers to keep your business running that makes a lot of sense. Or I guess it’s just the lazy people nowadays they don’t want to have to do the extra work of making orders they like doordash order to come in where they have like 20 minutes to make it and they don’t have to rush or anything. Once again management you need to fire all these people which is sad because you’re probably in there with them doing all of this so you need to be fired too.

I truly wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. I’m extremely traumatized by my experience with this Burger King. I am currently sick from a raw chicken sandwich that I received July 22, 2022 at approximately 11pm . How could you give someone raw food. There is a timer set for a reason. I’m currently getting ready to sue this will not go unnoticed. Shame on this establishment. I just beat H pylori which is a bacteria from food that’s has been left out that’s why I requested fresh not RAW

Tonight that changed when we went to the drive through and no one responded and the second time we went through they shut their sign off. We saw a lady mopping and laughing. Cleveland Ohio is wild.

Sandy and her crew is my savior every night. I know I ran her time clock her telling her how I love her. Food is always fresh service is always prompt and phenomenal. I love this location. Please give her a raise. If it wasn’t for the consistent service this location provides me I wouldn’t eat Burger King. Love you sandy
