what i ordered, vs what i actually got.
y’all better give me my money back because i paid for a BEEF chalupa, then paid EXTRA for more beef and sour cream and it’s a plain chicken chalupa. I do not eat chicken from fast food places so that’s just a cherry on top because i can’t touch this. Let the “soft tacos” speak for themselves. they are literally straight lettuce.

This Taco Bell is clean and seems to be well laid out but the service is very slow. The workers are in general friendly but it takes a long time to get food. I like the fact that they have a kiosk for ordering in the restaurant as it makes special orders easier but of course special orders also slow down service. The food was tasty and everything I ordered was in the bag. Overall it is an average Taco Bell.

So we got in Taco Bell according to my life 360 at 6:03 and we ordered like at 6:10 ish. There was 4 of us and we all ordered separately. It was super busy so I knew there would be a wait but I didn’t think we would be walking out of the Taco Bell at 7:30 pm so me and 2 of my friends got our food but my other friend was still waiting. The people who ordered behind and two orders behind us got their food. We asked the lady and she just blew us off and didn’t even check. My friend reminded her again nicely, and this time she listened after an hour of waiting. She didnt refund her or anything and she even forgot her fries wnd drink too. Awful experience coming from someone who works in fast food.

Never have I had more issues with a location or a fast food restaurant’s mobile app. If only 0 stars was an option. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this do not step foot into this establishment. Their mobile app will take your money and they will say they have no proof of your order.

If i could give negative stars i would. This place is awful. Rude service, they NEVER get your order right. You’re better off trying to survive off the condiments in your fridge, rather than eat here. I called 15 times to get them to correct my order, and all they did was pick up and hang up the phone. Being busy is one thing, but i preordered on the app and still had to wait 15 minutes in the drivethru for all my food to be wrong and to have no labels on it whatsoever.

THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Went here tonight to get a meal. Ordered a #6 with sweet tea to drink. That’s a $13 combo also a spicy double steak grilled cheese borrito that’s a $7.5 so we questioned this total of $26.02, I wish I would’ve got a picture of the receipt but I didn’t the manager argued the large sweet tea that was clearly added other than the combo plus instead of ringing up the burrito spicy she added 75 cents for jalapeños. So we asked why argue with the customer and the manager patty said she wasn’t arguing that the sweet tea was discounted with the combo. It’s clearly charged $2.89 for the sweet tea… now that made me mad, she said she’s not arguing. So we got our money back and ordered the same in Cornelia $18.70 that’s a $7.32 difference WOW

I spent 50$ ordering on the app today. I went thru the drive thru and got pulled up. No big deal. Got my food and double checked it was all there because it was a big order. It wasn’t. I went back thru the drive thru to get my missing items to be scolded like a toddler because I didn’t stop at the box first and let her know what I needed. Like how about YOU make sure the order is correct and I won’t have to come back at all. I get home and all the food is fine except the one item that was missing that they obviously intentionally burned. It takes a lot to burn this to a crisp this way. I know because I used to work there. How pathetic, rude, and ridiculous.

I spent over $25 bucks just to be told by an employee that i can only have 2 packets of sauce for item….what kind of messed up management/ownership is this?. It doesn’t say anywhere in the whole store about 2 packs sauce per item ordered. One way to ruin someone’s appetite. Bravo! Taco bell toccoa…(edited) just got home, and food SUCKS, did “cheese” on the cheese quesadillas ran away or something. The survival of this establishment lies on two basic fundamentals: Food and Customer Service, and guess what? This place suck at both!

Cashier was extremely rude. They had no customers in drive thru or inside. Finally cashier came &took my order. Counters, tables and floors were nasty. I won’t eat there again. I wonder what their grade is. I don’t remember seeing a restaurant that dirty before. The food tasted okay and (I think) the manager gave me my food and he was polite.
