As customers, we always enjoy every visit — the welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly service make it a great experience every time.
As a business we appreciate the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and consistent team and leadership.
The rice came out crunchy which is wild because I was not expecting Rice Krispies Treats in a Mexican restaurant. Every bite was snap, crackle, nope. The quesabirria was so greasy it tried to slide off the plate and file for workers comp. I took three bites and my stomach immediately said girl we are not survivors today. Zero flavor. Zero joy. Zero point zero.
The cheese dip was bland and boring. Imagine warm milk just sitting there doing absolutely nothing with its life. That was the cheese dip. I did not know dairy could be that uninspired.
The street tacos were a crime scene. The chicken was cock-a-doodle-don’t! Tough, dry, and confused about why it was even invited to the plate. I have tasted more personality in a gas station roller hot dog.
And I am sorry but when Chipotle has more flavor than an actual Mexican restaurant, we need to have a community meeting and light a prayer candle. At least Chipotle knows how to season their vibes.
Truly not worth my credit card swipe. I could have gone to a food truck, a mall kiosk, or honestly just eaten chips in the car and had a better culinary experience.
La Fuente, this was not it.
Give me what I am paying for. They are also so skimpy with their portions. A couple of times I ordered chips and guacamole. He took the scoop out of the cup when I said I didn’t want it.He put it back in there. Also, It always seems as if I am charged a different price each time. Again, the food is good but need to do better on their service
The food was good, and the portions were plentiful for the price.
The restaurant seems awkwardly designed. I had to pass a lot of tables to get in line. The line blocked the drink fountains. Straws, napkins and other needed items were stored next to the drink fountains. When you pay for your order and get a cup you need to start back at the beginning and squeeze through the line again to get your drink. Everything is backwards. People cannot easily leave their tables after eating because the line traps them.
The employees were all working hard, and they were friendly. They are understaffed. The floors were dirty. I had a difficult time finding a clean table. I found one that was acceptable except for the trash on the floor under the table. We couldn’t discard our trash as we were leaving because all of the trash receptacles were overflowing. The trash and plastic trays were piled up on the receptacles.
I will give them another try. I think they were severely understaffed for this busy season.
The cashier was eating pizza in the open prep area . He then proceeds to charge me an amount that didn’t seem right and I was told oh I thought you had guacamole.
It wasn’t busy at all on Monday afternoon, in fact I was the only customer.
