We got influenced by people on TikTok trying new menu items, and wanted to try it out! They have three ordering screens in the front, it’s really easy to create your order, customize any option, take off something, add something on, etc. The store was clean and well maintained. The food tasted great, and good temperature. I ordered a quesarito, but I took off rice, added potatoes and fiesta strips, it was great! I tried the new steak dipping burritos in garlic sauce and everyone loved those. My son got the steak nacho fries, he just wished the size had been bigger, but it tasted great. Everyone loves their nacho fries, and cinnamon swirls, and the new cookie drink was fun to try.

This was honestly laughable. How can anyone serve this? I didn’t have high expectations with it being Taco Bell, but COME ON! lol this was the beefy 5 layer burrito I received, which only had beans and cheese and was 80% tortilla. And this was the Crunchwrap supreme I received, which only had sour cream, lettuce, and tomato. How do you mess these simple things up THAT bad?! It really made me laugh. It almost seems like it’s on purpose because idk how anyone can mess it up that much. Also didn’t put any sauces in that I ordered and service was super slow.

I go here semi regularly and honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The only reason I ever order food here is because McDonald’s closes early and I get off work late sometimes. They used to be so much better here, back when they had that super enthusiastic dude working the drive through. For some reason they make burritos wrong here on a regular basis, forget items, don’t fill the drinks all the way, serve cold food.. It’s a mess. And for some reason it takes them forever to accomplish this. It’d be one thing if I had to wait but my food was prepared right and warm, but it almost never is. If it is warm, it’s just barely above room temp. Your odds are better going to a different location, or a different chain of restaurant entirely. Whoever is hiring and training people here, is doing a bad job.

I went through the drive through at around 11:45 and they guy who took my kept tellinge i was trying to order fries when I very clearly told him multiple times I wanted nachos… I don’t know if he was just confused or stupid. When I did get my food my nachos had barely any cheese at all it was basically only chips, as soon as I opened the container I also realized the long dark hair that was laying on top. Absolutely disgusting, I had noticed that the guy at the window had long hair that was not tied back but had wrongfully assumed that there was someone else making the food… Overall not a good experience and I’m very very disappointed!

Ok so if you’ve ever eaten at Taco Bell you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s been the same since day one…. But my husband has rarely been here and we saw a commercial kinda late on New Year’s Day and jumped in the car and ran to this location. We pulled up to the order board and instantly the guy came on the speaker and was so rude rushing us I tried to ask a question and he snapped. Yes we have that. So you want it??? Then I said I don’t see it on your mile long menu board l, he said It’s there, do you want it? What can I get you? I was nervous to be rude thinking he would do something to my food. !!! So I ended up getting something I didn’t really like and then didn’t get something I really wanted…. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT APPROXIMATELY 8pm NEW YEARS DAY!!!! Not so sure we’ll ever go back !!! Also ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch easy meat…. Lmao. That didn’t mean no meat!!!!! And we paid a lot for such a horrible experience !!!

came to taco bell today, had a friend who placed a mobile order and i was just going to order. the guy on the speaker was EXTREMELY disrespectful and UTTERLY rude. he cuts me off and says “that’s not possible” “we only ever do one order ever” and proceeded to tell me i could place an order on the app. i told him i’ll just come in and order. he then says “you have quite large vehicles in front of you so just place an order through the app” i told him i didn’t have the app. he then snarkily says “so never checking in with our app … okay” i let him know it was my friends order he rudely says “okay so then what’s the name?” absolutely the WORST customer service i’ve ever received at this location and i truly hope he fixes his attitude or i will be speaking to a manager next time. DO BETTER!!

Rushed to order. Overheard the cashier talking about needing to make up time because I needed 30 seconds to look at the menu. Which he kept interrupting because apparently I was taking too long. The food was bad. Looked like they rushed to make it. Got the smallest bean burrito I have ever seen and our items that were supposed to have meat had almost none. Go to a different location.

Only one that still has Carmel apple empenadas! Also have green sauce which is hard to find. Food was fresh. Service was great. We drive around a lot and this is hands down my new favorite taco bell in the state.

I’ve been Taco Bell’s biggest supporter since they brought back the Luxe box about a year ago. It was nice with every other place on earth rasing their prices, you could actually go to Taco Bell and get a good meal for under $10 including a drink. All luxe box options had enough food to satisfy but I’ve noticed lately they are getting skimpy with meat and cheese portions and the quality has dropped off. The chips and cheese nachos come with crumbs that you can’t even dip and the tacos/chalupas are more lettuce than anything else but the prices to upgrade have risen too. If you’re going to skimp on quality at least keep the up-charge the same.
