On today’s visit, they were out of Pepsi(they are always out of something essential). So, I get to the window and since they didn’t have Pepsi, I asked them to remove that from my order. They did and in doing so they increased the price I was paying. The price literally increased by getting less stuff. They refused to do anything about it. The person working the window was hard to understand as English was not their primary language. I tried calling the 888 number that was listed on the receipt only to find out they don’t use that number anymore and you have to go online to file a complaint. So, I figured I’d start off with Google and go down the list. This location literally just stole from me.
They are constantly out of basic items. On different occasions, they’ve been out of southern chicken, jam, honey, and orange juice. One time, they didn’t even have lids for the cups, and another visit they were somehow out of toilet paper. That’s unacceptable for any restaurant.
I’ve also overheard employees talking about how the general manager frequently changes schedules without notifying them, which explains the low morale and chaos behind the counter.
Cleanliness is also another major issue. In the afternoons especially, the restaurant looks dirty. I’ve also been given visibly dirty trays, which is concerning and feels like a health code violation.
To top it off, I’ve overheard what sounded like managers openly talking about illegal drugs, specifically meth. Whether joking or not, that is wildly inappropriate for a workplace and should never be discussed around staff nor customers.
Overall, this location feels poorly managed, unclean, and unprofessional.
This business would honestly be better off replacing the entire staff. With competent, customer-focused employees, they’d likely make more money and lose fewer customers. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
ZSo the step on it. OK. Here. There they are. That’s it for now. We’re out. Anything. OK, can I have it? Anything else?We were in need of some breakfast and for the first time stopped at Bojangles. We have always wanted to stop but never did.
One of those places where you say “why didn’t I do this before now”.
The biscuits were nice and flaky, not at all dry. The bacon and sausage were cooked beautifully.
Even the coffee tasted nice and not too acidic.
We will have to try the one near home next.
Thanks for a great meal.
