I still think Jack in the box has the best chicken breast sandwich. But you have to get the spicy chicken breast. Not the regular chicken breast sandwich. And I don’t know about anybody else I love pickles on my hamburgers and all kinds of sandwiches but for some reason I don’t like pickles on a chicken sandwich chicken salad yes but not on a chicken breast. The spicy chicken breast sandwich it’s not too hot or too spicy just enough to give it that good flavor.

Yo this jack in the box was actually legit good (minus the heartburn I got). But like I walk in and I expected your average jack in the box service and meal. My usual is the home style Chicken Bacon ranch sandwich thing so I went for that today. My expectations were low from other locations so I figured I’d get the same quality. But I was mistaken! The sandwich actually had lettuce and tomatoes! Other locations usually add the two smallest thinnest leaves of lettuce and tomato followed by very little amount of ranch. But this location got my sandwich loaded with lettuce and two hearty slices of tomato. It’s looks just as it’s advertised. Would definitely go back there again if I am ever in Carson. The fries did taste like they were cooked in old oil as well as the chicken having a darker color on the outside. But still overall good.
Edit: forgot to mention the restroom. Now that restroom was disgusting. There was caked caca on the toilet seat, stains on the bowl and it smelled.

Recently, I had a great experience from the Jack in the box. When I went inside of the restaurant, It was cleaned and they kept it in a nice restaurant.
I liked that they served breakfast all day long. Then, they offered 24-hour drive-thru services on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Also, if you order
through their website, you can save
on waiting time.
I ordered a breakfast for a croissant sandwich without sausage and a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. For dessert was brownie.
When I came home, I wanted to try
their grilled chicken salad with ranch
derssing. I was disappointed that
grilled chicken was not made with
fresh chicken, and it was a little salty.
after I added ranch dressing, it tasted
better. And a croissant sandwich was
good. Brownie was sweet and rich
tasted.

One of the employees got my order wrong , came back to get what I had ordered initially, Samantha & Liz were so fast to help me out also apologized for the mistake and went about my day . 10/10 customer service , I’m definitely coming back thank you once again Liz & Samantha! Happy Holidays !

On Thursday, 9/4/25 @ 9:38A I pulled into the drive through area. There were no other vehicles waiting. I waited for an unreasonable amount of time for someone to take my order. After a few minutes I drove up to the window. The drive through employee did not apologize. She said I did not give her enough time to acknowledge me. I said I was waiting 2-4 minutes. She began to dispute that this was not true and that she could see me on their monitoring device. I expressed that I did not come here to argue. She then closed the window when I asked for a manager. I then went inside and ask for the managers name and number. She gave me a number that was a wrong number. I called corporate and made a formal complaint regarding the this young Latinas inappropriate, rude behavior. There were two other ladies that remained silent during this situation. I frequently patronize this location, as I live just minutes away. I have never encountered any problems with the staff at this location. “Unbelievable”

Bad experience when I ordered a salad combo. While waiting for my food in the drive thru the ladies were making comments of me buying salad, soda and fries. They took long to give me my order and while waiting I felt offended because of their comments.

This is a small Jack n the Box right off the 405 freeway. Kinda of easy to overlook. The dining area is very clean and the workers are nice and quick to see if you’re ready to order. The food was nice and hot which is always a plus with any fast food chain. Drive thru is an option as well. Parking is great. Food was great as expected.
