had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s (1600 Georgesville Square Dr). The cashier, Dashar, told me he couldn’t apply my Wendy’s Rewards, so I lost the $2 off I should have received for my combo. When I tried to explain that the reward was valid and showing in my app, he was rude and argumentative instead of helpful.

I’ve worked for Wendy’s before and know how the system works, so I found this very unprofessional and frustrating. It seems like the staff here need better training on how to handle rewards and customer service. I’d really like management to look into this because it doesn’t reflect well on the brand.

The food is whatever. I expect fast food to be mid at best, however the goal is hot and fresh fries. They usually do a decent job, however it’ll come and go. What really stands out is just the service, very fast, friendly, in and out. Love coming to this location

We placed our order at the board and your crew screwed up our sandwiches which we paid good money for!!! Baconators with no bacon or condiments on both of them. An Asiago Chicken sandwich and received the dollar value chicken sandwich. Ordered a Sniickerdoodle frosty and got the Carmel only one.

I cannot even begin to explain my frustration with this location. I paid for an online order & was told they didn’t have the cookies I paid for. They said they were out of the cookies I wanted & that they could replace with cookies that I didn’t want or refund that part of the order. Went through an entire ordeal of the staff members trying to contact a manager to make the refund happen. Not only did I NOT get a refund for the items that I PAID for but they also shut the window in my face, told me to have a great day & messed up my order. My sandwich was missing the tomatoes that were supposed to be included, I was missing a sandwich that I also paid for AND they didn’t include sauce with any of the nuggets in the order. I think Wendy’s should put more effort into how their stores are operating vs these social media posts because they’re screwing over paying customers, especially at this location. Trying to teach customer service regarding this issue has been an absolute nightmare, which has lead me to leaning a bad review. Not sure if I even want to order from this location again because I’m honestly on my last straw with them

Sometimes people with disabilities need a drive-thru. I went there today. My stomach was not hurting before I went in afterwards it was there was a smell or odd taste to the turkey meat and my stomach increasingly was hurting as I ate it. It lacked freshness overall.

Service at this location was pretty bad. We went through the drive-thru and had to wait a while to get our orders taken, then we had to wait about 15 mins to get our chili, fries, son of baconactor and a couple of root beer float which were only filled 3/4. The employees were very slow due to too much interaction (there were only 3 cars at the drive thru) they can’t move while they’re having conversations among each other. The lady who handed me the straw took almost a minute to just hand out the straw because she had to pause to continue her conversation with her co worker. This is a picture of the son of baconator I paid over $5. Wendy’s quality and serving size has severely lowered while price increased. This sandwich reminds me of JR. Cheeseburger with a piece of bacon in it. What a RIP OFF!!!!

We love Wendy’s, but the AI drive thru order taker doesn’t get the order right. So make sure if you order something that has specifics that you check it at the window. Otherwise, when you get home you’ll be rebuilding your sandwich.
