service could be better. I made an order online for pickup.
I walked in and approached the food. One lady approached me and I said I had an online order pick up. She pointed me to walk to the cashier area. I walked there. I waited a while for someone to help me.
Instead of just pointing me where to pick up my online order, this employee could’ve just got it to me. This employee ended up scooping up the next customer’s food. Service seems fast for in person orders but slower for employee’s to help for online orders

First time online order from here. I ordered white rice with broccoli beef & honey sesame chicken. Unfortunately they missed the chicken n served me rice with broccoli beef only. I felt very upset since never happened to me before. I went there again to show them the box. They immediately gave me another same order I placed and also gave me shrimps instead of chicken. It’s a very happy ending for both sides. I got 2 boxes n they got my loyalty.

I ordered a medium entree of mushroom chicken online but they gave me a small entree instead and the small entree didn’t have any chicken, it was filled with mushroom and zucchini. This portion is fit for my pet bird (a small snack for me). This isn’t my first time experiencing this. Customers should receive what they pay for. It wasn’t worth my time to come back and complain. I won’t come again and I don’t recommend others coming either.

It’s stupid that people have to wait in line for just a side of steam white rice. Poor lady. Yall need to get this together. If someone wants just a side of rice yall gonna make them wait behind 10 people this is ridiculous. This piss me off so bad I didn’t even order my food. If I can leave negative star I would. I know panda ain’t gonna do shit about it this review cuz there a multi million dollar company but hopefully they see this one.

After a full day of shopping was looking for a good place to eat within budget. If you are looking to eat in budget and fill your stomach with amazing flavours this is a great place. Especially if you like flavourful food. The chicken was cooked so well and it had complementary sauce / dressing. Very good Chinese food place. The soy sauce used in my meal was so good. And I even got a fortune cookie which read you are amazing !

Quick service. Limited time wok fried shrimp tasted good except that the snap peas in it were almost raw. Quantity can be better. There were only 4 shrimp in wok fried shrimp and the remaining was the uncooked peas. Chow-mein and orange chicken weren’t at their best. Looks like have to switch to other locations.

If I could put 0 starts I would have done it! But first, the fried rice it’s salty and only has eggs with no veggies? Tf it’s that? Two my Kung Pao chicken it’s suppose to be a bit spicier but this one tested too sweet and it even felt like it was decomposed since it left a bad teste in the mouth plus the smell didn’t help either, they also didn’t had ice for the soda, didn’t give us cookies, and they didn’t had Teriyaki sauce, my mother chowmein tested too salty, please do better
